I am beyond pleased with this place. First and foremost, they’re family owned and family operated. Secondly, The owners are both very kind people and very easy to do business with. I felt as though I was leaving a VERY expensive piece of jewelry with one of my own family members or friends.

Here’s my experience:

A few years back, my great grandfather passed away and left his favorite ring to me. (his favorite grandson hehe) It’s a one-of-a-kind piece of jewelry. Completely custom. To both he and I, the ring is priceless. Although I have had it appraised and it’s apparently worth just north of $5,000. Needless to say, I was a little nervous to have it worked on. The stone fell out and needed to be re-set.

To make a long story short, not only did they re-set the stone, but they also removed these pesky sizing beads that my great grandfather had installed years ago to fit his progressively-shrinking fingers after he fell ill and began rapidly losing weight. They also cleaned the ring and the stone for me. The ring has never shined so brightly.

I am so happy. So so so happy. Thank you guys so much for taking care of a priceless family heirloom. And thank you for listening to my story and not only being understanding/sympathetic, but also for making sure to treat this ring as if it was a family heirloom...

I am so thrilled to have found Jewel Smith! I came to them with my most treasured piece, a silver bracelet my dad had made for me when I was 7 years old. 47 years later, my dad is now 84 years old, and the bracelet had cracked and broken into pieces. Everyone at Jewel Smith was so kind, understanding the sentimentality I had for it and appreciated how precious it was. They said they would do their best and Francisco, their incredibly talented craftsman, took tremendous care and beautifully repaired it. I almost cried when I saw it, so wonderfully and painstakingly restored.

Next week I’m going to visit my dad, and will proudly wear the bracelet when I see him, a loving token he gave his little girl so many years ago. I am deeply grateful to Francisco and everyone at Jewel Smith for the loving care, beautiful craftsmanship and prompt, stellar work. ...

Fast, Affordable and Friendly!

Had to take the wife’s ring in to get resized and they were very upfront with the exact cost of resizing and the price was so affordable. They even got the ring resized that day.

We are familiar with other shops that need to send it out to get resized which typically takes around a week, but because they do it in-house the turn around time was amazing.

100% recommend Jewelsmith for any jewelry needs, will definitely be going back...
