Our experience was exceptionally negative. Upon returning home after dinner, we encountered difficulties in accessing our room due to the malfunction of our room code. Consequently, the front desk leaves at 10pm leaving us with two emergency phone numbers, but despite repeated calls exceeding twenty, we remained unanswered. This situation heightened our apprehension, given that we were female guests alone outside the hotel. In an attempt to secure alternative accommodations, we discovered that other hotels nearby were fully booked due to the fact that it was ASU’s parent weekend. After several hours of searching, we finally found a suitable place and spent the night without our suitcases, medications, or essential belongings. The following morning, we contacted the hotel to request a call back with a manager. Despite our requests for a call back from either the owner or the manager, we received no response. Only one to say to come and get the suitcase. Consequently, we returned to the hotel and retrieved our suitcases, requesting that someone contact us to compensate for the inconvenience caused by the hotel and the additional Uber rides incurred. As of today, four days have passed, and we have not received any further communication from the hotel. You would think they would contact us back with a sense of urgency and remorse. Instead, it was the opposite treated with some of the worst and rudest customer service we have ever experienced. Needless to say our entire weekend was ruined. We already already found a hotel. Needless to say if you’re picking a hotel in Arizona, avoid this one...
Read moreI don’t normally leave bad reviews for hotels I stay at, but this is an exception. This was easily one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Immediately upon inspecting the room, I found them quite dirty with a dead cockroach in the closet and stains on the bedding.
Additionally, our shower wasn’t working. It had very low water pressure whenever you turned it to a hotter temperature, it was basically unusable. The water also never got above barely lukewarm. Hotel management was very apologetic and gave seemingly HR-approved responses when we inquired about it, but for the entire duration of our stay it was never actually fixed. We had maintenance come to our room and inspect it and they looked at the water heater but they seemingly couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it. It was so bad that we considered leaving and getting a different hotel. But we ultimately decided that was too much effort.
Also, the in-room washer & dryer combo didn’t work very well. I tried washing a small load of a hoodie and a few pairs of pants, and it took over 24 hours for the so-called “dryer” to actually dry the clothes. They had a mildew smell to them afterwards for being wet for so long, we had to go out and buy new clothes. That washer & dryer feature was the main draw of me booking the room at this property and it was more of a letdown than the...
Read moreWe enjoyed our stay. We didn’t get the room with washer/dryer but next time definitely will! Check in was super easy and simple. I loved that the rooms were keyless entry. Also loved the kitchen setup and living room area. There was no pots / pans in the room , not sure if it was upon request only but it wasn’t an issue for us because I already had my own. The dishwasher was great and cleaned my dishes well! Front desk was so very courteous and when we asked for a late checkout , they worked well with me and allowed it which I greatly appreciated. Very family friendly!! My son has autism , sometimes will scream and cry loudly….and as I told the manager this , she was very nice and understanding to us if any complaints were filed. I give only 4 stars because it was hard to get housekeeping to come and clean our room during our 5 night stay. We finally received housekeeping until our very last night. But housekeeping were nice and let my husband and I borrow their broom to do a sweep and replaced our towels for us. Also , if you get a room by the side entrance … be ready to hear it slamming a lot. They do have a sign stating to close it quietly but no one follows through unfortunately so it will wake up if your in a...
