Ramen Time — Restaurant in Tempe

Eaten here before many times before they closed for “remodeling” everything was great the food service but since they reopened just not feeling that friendly welcoming environment especially when the new “servers” come up they don’t ask right away what would we like to drink but gave us the menus and walked away and didn’t come around after 8 minutes then took our orders without writing them down and as the food came out my finances ramen wasn’t right and the server was confused and we had to explain again and he was still confused and clearified again and he then took it back and fixed it then my ramen came out and added fish cakes as i didn’t get any and said we didn’t get this but you know we let him know and i gave it to my fiance and said it’s not a big deal we’ll pay the $3 no biggie but just to let him know. Mind you the ramens still amazing just overall the environment of it the service the lack of care just doesn’t seem to phase the staff and just feels more like a frat house with the lack of cleanliness and a extra person sitting there and laughing really loud and just didn’t feel we weren’t able to enjoy our time as much….dont get me wrong, my fiance and I love love this place just didn’t feel that welcomed and felt the service wasn’t there just a fair warning if you don’t have much patience and expect more i know it may be new staff but i hope this review will help for a better outcome on others experiences. Make Ramen Time Great Again...

Why does everybody feel compelled to give a five star review? I am beginning to not trust Google reviews anymore because they’re not fair and at least 75% of people are lying.

Right off the bat, I didn’t eat here I just walked in and got sat down at a table. However, the reason I woke up and left is because the tables are literally sticky. The tables are sticky. If you put your hands or your arms on the table, they will get stuck there try it for yourself that means that they just put water on them. It’s not very sanitary it’s dirty. The place is very dirty. I’m not joking. I have nothing against these people and I am not winning or losing anything by leaving this review. This review is for the user to know what they’re going for

It’s literally in Arizona so now that you know that this place is located in Arizona what is Arizona in August? Obviously you want air conditioner sorry you’re not gonna get air conditioner here. It’s probably hotter inside and it is on the outside. No joke I promise you I give you my word. This is why I walked out. The place is dirty and there’s no air conditioner plain and simple. I can’t try the food because it’s too hot and it’s too dirty. Why would I put myself through that on a day...

I've been to many ramen places in the east coast and out here, it would be wrong to review them against others I've had outside of Arizona. So for Arizona I would say they are almost on top but fall short on a few things. As for service it was pretty slow and everyone got their orders at different times and was strange seeing as how dishes came out before some appetizers and some of us were done before others got their food lol. It wasnt even that busy. I've worked in restaurants as a cook before and I just thought it was weird. Anyways for the food and the price I would say they should have put more noodles because I'm usually full after ramen and wasnt even close to it. Think my girl and I r just spoiled with other ramen places but it wasnt bad but could be better just my opinion, when I got my drinks one of them was filled with almost all ice and the smoothie was another thing, they all tasted really good but the smoothie with every sip had ice in it I really dont like chewing ice in my smoothie. I do recommend coming here to try it out because theres so many other ramen places that dont come close to the way this...
