Absolute trash! Even one star is too many. Took my son to buy some clothes because he was excited to try a new resale shop. I paid over $100 for 2 tshirts and a pair of shorts. Got home, noticed one shirt has a hole in it and the shorts were COMPLETELY stained and didn’t fit. I called the store number which is a cell phone, the young man that answered said we could get a store credit. I called back because we live an hour away in the far east valley and was going to ask if we could just please return and they wouldn’t answer and just let my call go to voicemail. Me, my boyfriend, and sister just visited trendz for the first time and had an incredible experience. My sister just moved to Scottsdale and me and my boyfriend flew from North Carolina to visit her and were looking for vintage/sneaker stores around the area and decided to come check it out. We visited several before this one, and this one was by far the best. Great customer service and great selection. The owner welcomed us and helped us with everything we needed.
