It's shameful to know that people like Korbin Dallas (reviewer) even exist on this planet with the disrespectful exaggerated blatant lies anyone can read past. These are the kind of guys that end up on the evening news - I'll keep watching. He also goes by different names when posting the same review on other sites further cementing his lack of credibility.

Our experience with Haven Furniture, like "all" other reviewers, has been a solid 5 Stars. James is very creative with his design ideas and strives to learn the particular needs of his clients. His workers as well are equally professional and extremely careful when delivering furniture. We purchased a very heavy and beautiful dining room table. The delivery guys preferred to hand carry it over the rough flagstone - about 75ft. Each rest stop they placed blankets on the ground to lay the table on. And getting it through the small front door was slow going and never had a nick. We've had deliveries from other companies as well and have to say the Haven Furniture delivery personnel were the most cautious we've seen.

James is doing all the right things in getting his new business off the ground. Just give him a call or stop in and you'll grow to like him and you'll be impressed with their ever-changing line of furniture.

My husband and I woke up early on a Saturday morning to go look for a dining room table for our new home. By noon time we were exhausted and my husband and I already visited 6 stores. Haven Furniture was on the list of furniture stores so we stopped in and James greeted us with a smile and ask us if we ever been in his store we said it was our first time. He was so excited. He began to tell us about his store and all the furniture he has. We told him we had shopped so many stores and we didn't find anything we wanted or that caught our eyes. We asked about a couple of tables he had in store and he explained where they were made and then got so excited to show us a picture of a table he got that day. He said he only ordered two but really wanted to show us. So he asked his worker to open the box so we could see it and my husband and I fell n love with the table. IT WAS A BEAUTIFUL TABLE. We then told him we would need chairs he helped us find the perfect chairs as well and bar stools we are so pleased we went there to Haven furniture its beautiful and unique and James is the best! So are his workers. We asked him how long he would be able to hold our items since our house wasn't complete he said for us not to worry as long as we needed him to AND HE told us he would keep one table in box and deliver it and set it up! Dawn Kirby, owner and designer went above and beyond to assist us from start to finish. She helped us navigate product shortages and delays and had "plan B's and plan C's" ready for our approval when necessary so that we could enjoy AZ living from the moment we closed .
