Let’s just say this is the worst experience at a nail salon. I’ve had. I’ve been here three times in a row now and the service is absolutely horrible. I came in with a picture for the design I wanted, which was very basic and simple. The first tech couldn’t even get the color right nor the design after so many color changes I just got fed up and assumed that the color he picked would still go good with the marble design on the ring finger, he could not create the design and replicate it so I just had him wash it off and give me the basic gel nail polish. They allowed me to come back the next day and have another technician fix what was done by the previous and she was not very attentive, did not pick the color out right and couldn’t get the design right, trying to communicate with her was almost nearly impossible as she was on the phone and disassociated through the entire service. This last man tried his best but once again it doesn’t come close to the picture I shared with them. If you’re working with customers, guest donors, clients patients, no matter what field you’re in if you’re servicing them and they’re paying you for your time and work You must understand that their time is also important along with their hard earned money. You would think that the techs would be very attentive and would do their job to the very best of their ability. A simple “I cannot replicate that design” would have been much more appreciated than having to come back three times in a row after a long busy shift in the medical field. This set was for a wedding that is tomorrow, it’s really disappointing when you want to go out and do something nice for yourself you you always end up regretting it because ppl fail to understand and care about the work they are creating. The first picture is of what I would have wanted the second two are from the second and the very last visit. Very dissatisfied Customer, I will not be returning. Edit: it’s quite sad now to read the rest of the bad reviews to only think that if your skin color is not accepted by the employees then forget having a good experience, to add to that both fingers were cut when the techs were cleaning up my cuticles to the point of bleeding and now with what other people have experienced I’m worried I will be getting an infection like the rest of the girls experienced. Please please be mindful of the clients who are paying you to do your job accurately and...

This was the most disappointing salon I have ever been to. I initially went to a nail technician there named Kim who was wonderful. But afterwards... nothing but downhill. I went in a second time to a different technician and I asked for a baby blue French with little daisies on it. I left with neon blue French tops with a single flower that a toddler could have drawn better. The technician told me "I can't do it exactly like the picture" (well gee then maybe you shouldn't be a nail tech). I was then extremely over charged for a fill! $80 for the worst set of nails I've ever had. I went back in to get them "fixed" for free and the technician who "fixed" them told me he wouldn't take off the tan base when I asked for a regular French with light pink. So again, I left with nails I didn't ask for. I came in a week later and got them taken off, I spoke to the owner who assured me she would take care of the situation. I was given a call later that day and given a $15 credit to my account with 20-30% off my next set...rather than just giving me one set of good nails and good service I went back three times and each time was even more disappointed than the last.
I then took my sister who was on vacation visiting me (the third time I went back to get them fixed!) and the technician put collagen on her nails without telling her it would be an up charge as well as a RAISED SPARKLE GEL FRENCH TIP! Emphasis on raised. My sister was charged $20 more than expected because of this "special collagen foundation" and two days later my sisters nails all peeled off like fake nails. She went in to get her "complimentary" fix and we were told over the phone by the manager my sister was over charged $20 and they would call the next day to set up a refund. A week went by and we heard nothing. I called again and the manager laughed it off and said she LOST my sisters number (which should've been stored in their boujee new POS) and was soooo glad I called back. She wrote my sisters number down and said she'd call her. A day later and still nothing.
If you want to maintain a reputable business train your nail techs, have SET pricing and follow up with your clients when you say you will. Free drinks with your service DOES NOT make up for your lack of talent...

Sanitation and cross contamination is a HUGE concern of mine here! My Nail Tech worked on my nails (pedicure) directly on the footrest, which as you can see in my photo was not clean at all and appeared to have dead skin buildup from previous clients. Every salon I have been to has ALWAYS placed a towel down on the footrest for sanitation. Next, the bar-cart of their supplies was also filthy. My Tech touched the tip of the cuticle oil bottle directly on my nails to apply, rather than letting it hover and didn't sanitize the tip. The same cuticle oil was used on the customer next to me, and her Nail Tech did the same on-contact application. 🤢
Now onto the subpar pedicure. I am a male so sugar scrubs don't mesh with my leg hair, but I do like gel polish. So I got the Express Pedicure which includes: shape, cuticle trim, foot scrub & polish. Minus the scrub(none of their pedicures come without scrub) but upgrading to gel polish. Every Nail Tech I have ever seen applies alcohol & buffs the nails prior to the base coat to create a rough and dry surface for it to adhere to. My nail tech here didn't do either, my nails were still wet from shaping and smooth, so I will not be shocked if my gel polish starts lifting. She also ripped the toe separators from my toes VERY aggressively.
My group of 4 waited 10 mins after our appointment time to be seated, which is typically no biggie, but with my pedicure only lasting just over 20 mins(5 mins of which my Nail Tech was trying to find my polish color because she initially pulled the wrong one) the wait was noticeable. After a 15% tip(I typically leave 20-30% for good service) my service was $52. I do not feel like I got ANYWHERE NEAR the value of a $50+ service compared to the dozens of other salons I have been to in the valley for similar or even better service.
