Tailgate Sports Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Tempe

We are visiting the area and found good reviews for this local bar, I prefer eating in local places when from out of town. We arrived and there were only people sitting at the bar. No one that worked there even acknowledged us. We sat down at a table close to the bar, made eye contact with the bartender and she looked square at me and my husband and didn’t say a word. We sat there for 10 minutes and nothing!! They waited on those at the bar but again, did not say a word to us!!! We left and drove up the street to a hopping sports bar with lots a people, We were acknowledged right away, ordered our drinks in our food and were served within 10 minutes. Just got back from the Sun's game. Been at this place a lot of times. Always order drinks and shrimp basket as it is awesome. Never ever have a problem. WELL I GO IN TONIGHT WITH MY SON..and SUMMER is working. She tells my son I'm not serving you because you or your girlfriends don't tip me over 10%! WWWHHHAAATTTT. A pitiful bartender turning away patrons because she doesn't get a big enough tip??? Someone needs to look into this before you end up losing a lot of business... This palce Rocks. Best spicy bloody mary I have ever had (and I've had a few). My favoriite memory of this bar is when a fight broke out at the pool table, and the Robin (the bar maid) jumpped over the bar and beat both of the offenders. Ejecting them both from the Bah. The wangs are not half bad too, $0.25 on Mondays, and Jude has very visualy pleasant set of breasts. Her sister's kinda cute too, not quite the boobies but curvey.
