She paints beautifully but has not mastered the art of business. I purchased 5 tank tops online for $120. They ended up being too big, so I needed to exchange them. When I requested an exchange, I was told they were unable to offer exchanges and all sales were final. At the time of my purchase, her website did not state an exchange policy, and nowhere did it say all sales were final. It only states a no refund policy. I was not asking for a refund, only an exchange. The issue was escalted directly to her via email. She admitted her website did not have an exchange policy and told me she had made a backend decision to pause all exchanges due to the “significant strain" it places on her business. She is unable to handle the processing fees for exchanges and makes no exceptions for customers who do not know this prior to purchasing. So, buyer beware. She could’ve easily remedied this problem. I love her work and what she stands for, but this is my second negative experience buying apparel from this company. I wanted to give grace and try again, but I’m so turned off by her refusal to just do the right thing that I’ll never do business with this company again. First of all, You must visit her site and read her story❤️. Her work is stunning and her studio is full of the spirit. I walked in and immediately felt peace wash over me. I was there almost 2 hours but my sister and I agreed it felt like minutes.I left with multiple prints for people God laid on my heart.She has originals and prints,so even if you are on a budget you can walk away with one of these treasures.The girl at the desk was sweet as can be and very informative. She offered to take our pictures in front of our favorite pieces. The studio even had a place for prayer and communion, best of all his holy word is on display.I love that she unapologetically loves Jesus and knows her gift is from God. May her ministry flourish as she continues to share God's love and give back to her community. I love witnessing what God chooses do through his children's gifts when they just have a heart for him. Unfortunately I have to give 3 stars as I'm disappointed with how I'm waiting for the delivery. As I'm based in the UK the delivery was £15 for 7-15 days delivery. I've ordered my order on the 28th of March. Upon reaching out to their support yesterday and getting the email back from them today they claim I've ordered my order on 1st of April which is incorrect and it must the date they most likely processed my order, as I have emails that confirm dispatch of my order on 28th of March.
