Rarely do I post reviews but I felt compelled to on this occasion after receiving my Big Wa delivery. I've dined in and out of Big Wa many times in the past. I've always enjoyed the food before, BUT not this time. I'm under the assumption after seeing my dinner that Big Wa must have changed ownership. The dishes are not the same dishes I've received in the past. I ordered a sesame chicken and general tso's chicken combination. What I received was the most generic, bland, unappetizing Chinese food EVER. Ive always loved their food before, But what I received was barely palatable. I didn't even receive my egg rolls which may have been a blessing. Both dishes were exactly the same. The only difference was that they sprinkled raw sesame seeds on the sesame chicken. On the general chicken i added cashews. What I got was the exact same entree but 1piece of RAW broccoli and raw cashews were sprinkled on top. My complaints might not sound so bad, but if you tasted the food you'd understand my pain. A MICROWAVE MEAL would've satisfied me more than what they served me. I spent 30 bucks on the food, and I am currently waiting on delivery from another restaurant that I know I can eat. Please Big Wa, if you've changed ownership or management.... change your name so that former loyal customers won't...
Read moreThis was the worst experience I've ever had. I had a large wanton soup delivered last night. 17..00 dollars, we got something else. I open the soup start to eat and the wantons in soup were RAW. I called we understood this happens. They gave us credit. We were fine with that. The next night I went to get our free soup. I called in first explained who it was and also explained to please make sure the wontons are cooked. My husband picked it up, i go to eat it, same thing RAW. This time my husband goes back there. The cook who was all of 20, came out and told my husband it was our fault, that he was being made a fool of!!! We even brought back the RAW food. Then they started talking Chinese in front of my husband like it was funny. My husband walked out. Your all kids here ! You do not understand customer service. This will hurt. In this buisness, you tell one customer, you lose 10. Good luck! Your kids, mom and dad, need serious 101 education.!!!! There going to alienate your customers. Your serving RAW food And just think this could have been solved...
Read moreMe and my family used to love it here, but it seems over the years the quality of service has gone down a bit and today was kind of the last straw for me with the rudeness. I tried to call ahead to pick up lunch for work, and the young lady ask to put me on hold. So I wait, and wait, and wait while in The background I hear her taking order after order for other customers. Now I'm a pretty patient person so I waited, next thing you know its been 10 minutes of me listening to this while driving. I finally hang up and call back but the phone is busy because she has still forgotten about the customer she left on hold. I finally get through and tell her she had me on hold and forgot about me, she then proceeds to take a LOUD and LONG deep breath and says well do you wanna order or what? I tell her well NOTHING NOW.
