If u want ice cold food great. not only was the rice cold today but it wasn’t even good. Usually the rice is better because I eat here quite a bit, but I will not eat here as frequently now ,this was ridiculous to get served cold food and to not even have a waitress to ask if she could go heat it up because she was so busy with five tables, , because she was so busy with five tables, but the waitress never even returned to see how my food was and it was freezing. It wasn’t even warm to the touch. I had to go home so I could actually eat my food and microwave it .I wouldn’t have left but the waitress never even returned to see how my food was and it was freezing. It wasn’t even warm at alllll to the touch. I had to go home so I could actually eat my food and microwave it when I came in for lunch, there was only five tables. My food took forever to get to me because I ordered chicken fajitas by the time it arrived at my table. It was ice cold, especially the rice. I just left because I figured I might as well go home and microwave it because the waitress never came back around to see how everything was. She was so busy and there was two waitresses at the time it is absolutely unacceptable to serve ice cold food especially when it’s like $22 for fajitas, it is ridiculous that they have no lunch margaritas or daiquiris that the only price that they have on them is one size and it’s $15 so no one can enjoy any kind of margarita even for lunch who wants to spend $15 on a margarita, at lunch on working regular hrs - working people no lunch size smaller less exoens be magaretta u either pay 15 dollars it u get no Margaret????? No smaller lower priced one or price for the r weekdays For margaritas they are loosing money people would buy them if they had a weekday lunch price or lunch see Margaret - but the fact that my food was ice cold, and I had to wait for her to go to another table before she even brought my plate so that I could eat, positives the chips are great there. The assortment of sauces is amazing. The salsa is outstanding it is not OK to serve ice cold food to somebody to eat for lunch and a meal. No I will not ever order fajitas there again and that makes absolutely no sense to me why I had to get up even to go and P because by the time I needed to pay she still be er came around to check on me so I couldn't ask For hot food????there were five tables in the whole restaurant occupied it was nonsense , and my food took forever to...
Read moreGot out of a long 15 hour shift and went to order some food for my family and I on 3-02-25. I spent about 130 dollars all together. When I got home they gave me the wrong order after I even showed the waitress whose name is Elizabeth and pointed at everything I wanted so there was no confusion. I ended up calling to let them know ask for some one to speak English and they hung up on me. I call back, they put the phone to straight voice mail so they don’t have to deal with me. I drive over there to get my food made right and explain everything the the same waitress is knowing her head saying I’m wrong. (Customer is alway right) when they make my food over the skimped the meal and gave us more bone that meat. On one of there most expensive meals. Chorizo that they gave me was super small and still had paper on it. Worst experience at a restaurant I ever had. Took my food back because it was cold because I had to drive from Ahwatukee to south Phoenix to get it. But I’m pretty sure they thru my food back in the fryer to make it look fresh. Wasn’t remade. You can tell by the way it looks. Too older women were sitting behind me heard it all and say I was in the right to be upset. I WILL TELL EVERYONE ONE I KNOW TO NOT GO TO THAT LOCATION BECAUSE OF THE RUDENESS AND LACK OF BUSINESS ETHICS. Plus I’m pretty sure I saw the waitress role her eye after she counted the tip I gave her. I didn’t have to tip her. I didn’t sit and eat. She pushed buttons and put my food in a bag to give to me. I think a 10 tip is pretty good just for that. Never agin will I go there. Address 3135 South...
