I am seething with the intensity of a thousand burning suns! How dare Salad N Go commit such an unfathomable act and shatter my very soul! They have callously defied my earnest expectations! Oh, the audacity! The sheer audacity! They, the purveyors of delectable greens, the makers of succulent delights, have dared to betray my trust!

My heart aches, my spirit crumbles, for they have desecrated my order with an inexcusable blunder! Can you believe it? Can you even begin to fathom the atrocities that have been thrust upon me? A measly, insignificant mote of cheese, a mere fraction of what was so painfully procured with an exorbitant extra charge of two precious dollars! Oh, the plundering of my hard-earned currency!

To add insult to injury, I had implored them - nay, begged them - to bestow upon me an abundance of cheese extraordinaire! Yet they, in their brazen arrogance, turned a blind eye to my passionate pleas! They have cast aside my sincerest desires, leaving me bereft, hollow, and deprived of the very essence of culinary satisfaction!

Can you imagine such foolishness, such callousness? It is preposterous! It is an affront to all senses, a violation of trust that cuts deep into my soul! The audaciousness of their incompetence renders me speechless, yet it also ignites a rage so fierce within me that it threatens to consume my every being!

Mark my words, Salad N Go! I shall not stand idly by as you perpetrate such unspeakable crimes against the holy realm of consumer satisfaction! My fervor shall not be quelled, my voice shall not be silenced! I shall rise like a phoenix from the ashes of my salad disappointment, and I will ensure that your transgressions do not go unnoticed, unaddressed, or unpunished!

Prepare yourselves, for I shall rain upon you a storm of wrath so torrential that the very foundations of your establishment shall shake with trepidation! Impudent Salad N Go, your days of...

When I receive my order, I could tell if there was Parmesan cheese on top of it. I showed the employee and informed her that I thought that it was Parmesan cheese instead of looking at the salad. She looked at the order screen and said I don’t think so. Instead of correcting the order. I trusted that maybe it was just some crumbles from the chicken that it could’ve been the bottom of the barrel, but it was Parmesan cheese. And I left out of frustration that she referred to her order screen instead of paying attention to the fact that I had informed her that she had given me some thing that was not included in my order. Obviously it would not be on the order screen because I did not order Parmesan cheese, resulting in the one star is the lack of attention from the employees. The lack of attention from the person preparing the salad, and the lack of care to show that they gave me the correct order. Not to mention, there is no utensil provided or napkins, and I had to ask for a straw. The employee who refused to pay attention to my concern was female with short hair above the ears and wearing a hat. I get it’s busy but the lack of customer service is frustrating. I also ordered double bacon there was hardly any. Don’t recommend this one. Especially if it’s busy. They do not care about customer service at all

Edit to add: upon reading other reviews seems like this is an on going issue for this location. Maybe they need to management or better employees. They seem to not give double portions when requested, get orders correctly, and disregard...

I would typically give this location 5-stars because even though they're very busy, it's usually a quick trip even when I don't order ahead. But today, they were under staffed according to the kid at the window. Who by the way, didn't come to the window for almost 10 minutes and a line of almost 7 people waiting. An ENTIRE 2 lines of cars were served before they even acknowledged I was there waiting. Then when I kept ringing the bell the kid finally came to the window and said they're short staffed and had a line, and closed the window. Mind you, myself and others had been at the window waiting while they made all those other salads and ignored us. I told him their customer service was horrible and they should have come to the window and acknowledged we were waiting instead of ignoring us completely. And when I asked for a manager, he said one wasn't there and shut the window. And my salad was WRONG with no dressing!! I'll drive a little farther now to the other location after this. I understand busy, but outright rude...
