Elm Center Shopping Center — Attraction in Temple City

This is a good plaza overall. You have a variety of food spots like Banana Bay, Chipotle, Ono Hawaii, some ramen shop, some ahipoki shop, Yoshinoya, Jj Bakery, Starbucks, and a Chinese resurant that has a buffet section.

There's Mitsuwa if you want to buy some fun housewares and decorations. I believe there's a store that sells surveillance stuff. TJ Max is here.

Most important of all is that Chase Bank is here. Those stupid atms go out a lot because this area is high traffic, but when they work, this is the most convenient one to go to around this neighborhood.

Now, if you are still somehow not satisfied with the selections, you can literally walk across Rosemead street to find even more restaurants. That side also has Planet Fitness, so if you're a casual and want to look like you're working out, this is the place for you.

If you go across Las Tunas, there's a plaza that has CVS, Super A grocery, Japanese and Chinese restaurants, Office Depot, and some miscellaneous stores. across rosemead is Circle K gas station.

I consider this spot as the central hub of San Gabriel, Rosemead, and probably even for residents in Arcadia and Monrovia. There's... so much... eating... to do here 🫠

This place has a Chase, it's got a great variety of good food it's got TJ Maxx!! Shazam!! it's got a Starbucks it's got trinket/ Gadget/ Hello Kitty ect. stores........, a couple Bubba spots, Bakery, nail spot, celly spot, it's a cool little strip mall for student or a day-to-day person, it's even got security guys driving around that I alway say hi to its a pretty good little safe place to go,,,,,even has a sheriff station right next door.... oh I almost forgot, my favorite spot it has a GNC!!!!( get the new C-4 from GNC; tropical blast drink,,,,, it'll get you back in the game:focus and alertness,if that doesn't work just get a red line *update"" get the "lit," pre work out drink it will get you lit up has Beta Alanine in it...you'll get the tingles and snap right up, write your term paper, crack a mid term, do work faster kind of like the limitless pill but you set your own limits in life, with your preparation, get lit). awsome!!...... I love it here because here are two of my favorite stores 1 is DAISO you can find a lot of Japanese things ( if you like small pieces on kitchen ware, storage, gardening and office supplies this is your store; they also have some candies, spices, food and drinks from Japan and a lot of the products like the 80% what they have on sale the price is. $1.50+ tax if the products are expencier they will tell you and put colorfull stickers with the price on them). And the Second one it's JJ BAKERY OMG! You need to come and try their products, they have salty breads with chicken, tuna, beef and pork fillings, or spiced with this flavors and a good variety on sweets too, you have to be willing to expend some money because their products are kind of pricey but believe me they worth it. I recommend you to visit them after 8:00 am because they going to have all the products out and you will be able to see them and choose but don't come too late because I they have a lot of guests.
