Just became on of my favorite places in Texarkana! The building is so cozy and the old architecture just adds so much character. They have a very cool bar as well . The food is so good and the prices very fair. The service was great and I just can't recommend this place enough!

I’m glad to see another business open in this old building. The interior aesthetics are very nice and the vibe is perfect for Italian food. The chicken parm is pretty good, but I look forward to trying the other menu items.

If you are in town, Joe's Bistro is a definite must stop. Rick (Joe) and Jaz have created a downtown gem. The bar hints at early 1900s architecture, the food flies you to Italy, the smiles relax and invite you to share your life story. And every so often, the outdoor area stirs the dancer in your soul with live music and gorgeous sunsets. You gave to be very sly to leave without a personal thank you from the owner. What's not to love...

I am so glad I can't say anything bad about this place! Everything I have ordered is beyond great! The service is top-notch. Chicken A la casa, chicken murphy🌶, alfredo, chicken jerusalem, lasagna, ravioli, pizza, caprici, stuffed mushrooms, fresh spices & cheese, even the desserts are tasty. They have tables for large parties and even an outdoor section.

It is a family owned establishment. A true hidden gem.

We've eaten at this location twice and been pleased both times. I love the atmosphere. It's quiet and quaint. My wife ordered the Chicken Murphy and she loved the subtle spicy flavor. I tried the Sicilian Marsala and enjoyed every bite. I'll definitely be heading back to try another menu item and enjoy lunch or dinner without the noise! It's like home....
