My name is Robert at the time me and my wife were not married and visiting my sister that live in Mount Vernon, we where out shopping and saw the sign Crocker Jewelers from the highway so we got off the highway and when in the store looking at engagement rings all I can say about the customer service from Ms. Kandle is (WOW) she made my now wife so HAPPY. She showed us every rings that we were looking making her professional opinion about the size that would be best for my wife. That day we didn't purchase anything but Kandle took our personal information and we live in Miami, Florida. That was December 2015 now this is how GREAT the customer service is at CROCKER'S JEWELERS the store was having a sale on the RING that had my now WIFE wanted now it's February 2016 Ms. Kandle call me all the way in Miami, Florida to share about the sale and the ring we really liked were on sale. So I was so excited I asked is there anyway we could make the purchase over the phone Ms. Kandle asked me could she place me on hold for to speak with management about making the purchase over the phone she came back on the phone and said Mr. Coats yes we can do the purchase over the phone. We did the purchase within two days I had the engagement in hands. Crocker’s you totally nailed it on our dream ring! All I have to say is wow! The customer service is hands down the best in the business! Lauren, from the first day I met her, she has truly been amazing to work with! Super focused, friendly and responsive! She never gave up to find us exactly what we wanted and worked with our budget. She never over promised but she definitely over delivered! Our diamonds are absolutely gorgeous! We told them what we wanted, the style the color, the cut and the clarity and they found exactly what we wanted! Not to mention they have been my home town jeweler since I was 15! I’ve been going to Crocker’s since I was a little girl with my parents and grandparents. My first piece of jewelry was from there and I still have it and love it! Over the years now my husband and I only go to Crocker’s to buy jewelry. (even tho it’s 2.5 hour drive for us it’s worth it!!)
