Richmond Ranch Shopping Center — Local services in Texarkana

I visited target. Bathrooms are always nasty!!! Have complained several times, and it's always nasty. I went to get a movie that said it was available at the texarkana location not available for delivery so I drove 45 minutes one way to go get it and they didnt have it. I had to call the store to get them to page someone to electronics I had to call the store to get them to page someone to the service desk and I waited 15 minutes for q manger which never came, so I called, waited another 15 minutes before a manager answered, only to tell me there's nothing he can do about it. Dont recommend this...

I rarely go to Chick fil a, however, when I do, I am always delighted with the quality of the food and service. I truly think the coffee drinks at CFA are better than any in the area. Especially Starbucks. I am a retired cop so there may be some sarcasm in that statement. I gave a four for this one reason, the serving for the price are are very sparce. I am amazed each time I visit, how willing people are to pay so much for so little. A great plus for me however is the hiring of handicap persons. Good...

Honestly, this is probably the most nightmarish place in Texarkana to go. There is nowhere near enough parking. We had to park in front of PetSmart in order to go to Starbucks and Sportclips. But, you need not worry about the parking, just getting into this area off of Richmond road is horrible. Chic-Fil-A (love it) needs it's own express lane. Either that, or they should take away the turn into Chic-Fil-A right next to Richmond. It keeps traffic backed up in literally...
