Altitude Trampoline Park — Attraction in Texas City

I don't ecen know where to start with this place. I will NEVER COME BACK. WHEN it first opened my daughted got git by a boy intentionally by a little boy with a dodgeball in the face. I saw it with me own eyes. The little boy waited until she was not pay attention ai guess she's only 5. Today my son came home witj a A BLACK EYE. Pretty much his right cheech bone is all bruised. Again thier " employees " are not doing thier jobs. I know this because his friend was with him and told me. Once again the dodgeball court area. A little boy punched him 2 times and bo one did anything to stop him or make him leave. Evwb when the other kids were trying to get the employees attention that there was a fight. It's ridiculous how they conducts business at that place. If you do go there DO NOT LET YOUR KIDS OUT OF YOUR SIGHT!! I unfortunately was not with my son this time I wish I wish I was. All they will do is try to do is pay you off with hour passes. My sons schools pictures are tomorrow and he doesn't want kids to make fun of him. Now he don't want to go to school. All because of some PUNK KID and employees that don't know how to...

This place is a no no at least for sure on a Friday evening...entered the place very big place ... sat down infront of the foam square pit to watch my 4 year old and 8 year boys playmg and soon I had about 6-8 teenagers playing so aggressive one girl pushed into the pit than she began to punch him in his face ... then again the same boy pulled her back into the pit by her pony tail...I saw the tall boy with a shirt that had staff on it so I was for sure they were going to call them out of the place but instead he passed by and said she started ... then soon after I had complained to the manager we checked out the place further and saw two teenage girls making out... I was appalled at this place ... people this place is not safe!!!! ignorant staff... immature people taking care of teens ad guess what folks I could count the parents in one hand... an d the place was full of teens...

I will say it is fun there. However, please do NOT schedule a party there if you are expecting more than 10 people. I had my daughter birthday party there and I informed them at time of reservations that I’m expecting around 20-30 adults and only 10 kids. They said that is fine. Time of the party we only get 1 table. I asked about more seating and it was going to be another $75 for one more table. Until they incorporate some kind of better seating arrangement for parties I will never have another party there again. I had a party at Chuck E. Cheese last year and spent way less money and had 5 tables for my party. Altitude really needs to fix this problem if they want more parties there.
