Texas City Premiere LUX 12 and Pizza Pub — Local services in Texas City

What a complete failure. Bought tickets online, 8 hours before showtime, paid a babysitter to watch both kids, and went there for the opening of Deadpool 3. It's a tradition him and I have, Marvel is our thing. We go in, spend money on concessions, then go to walk towards the theater. The lady taking our tickets had no idea what was going on, that's not her fault. We go to talk to the manager, and she refuses to refund our concessions, and can only offer me a gift card because I didn't have my card. No tap to pay to put it back on my card? Okay I guess, but you're telling me I spend $150 in one night, and only have a fricken $25 dollar gift card to show for it?!?! I tried calling before too, I have the receipts, screen shots of EVERYTHING. Couldn't find it, and they would forward the call after two rings. And forget about getting a hold of the corporate office. The manager was rude AF too, and I had an attitude back. It would of been good if it wasn't for the fact she tried to just usher us along because there was a line. Sorry homie, that's the job that you've been when you decided to be the manager of a new movie theater that has so many issues. Not my fault. You got the attitude you deserved. I hope the rest of your customers that night were 100x worse than me. You can't treat people like this and get away with it. This was our first time visiting and I gave it 3 stars for the following reasons. The seating and sound was great and would get 5 stars however, the experience at the concession was a 1 star. First, there was a line of 20+ people and only one POS open. There were 7 people standing around, looking lost and one older gentleman working to get us all taken care of. Of the 3 popcorn dispensers, one would not dispense popcorn but did have butter that worked. The second had no butter but did dispense popcorn. The 3rd was totally empty. The "beer wall" did not work and we were told that the delivery did not come in to fill it. (Sounded a bit odd to me since there were at least 3 different beer companies represented). One of the soda fountains was out of ice. Perhaps those employees that were standing around, doing nothing should have been filling things up. This is why I only gave 3 stars. I was very disappointed in this theater. We had gone here before the remodel and was not impressed. We decided to give this theater another shot after the remodel in hopes that we would have a good theater close to us. That was not our experience. First off we got into our theater and our entire row was flooded with wet floor signs at each end of the row. Apparently roof leak? Why was this theater not closed until the problem was fixed. We asked to move our seats since we bought seats in the row that was flooded we should have just gotten a refund and went home. But we were informed no one cares where we sit and to just move seats and was asked if our seats were wet? We informed staff that no our seats were not wet but the floor was soaked. We were told to just move. We also ordered popcorn which was stale. There was trash left in seats from previous showings and the seats and tables were greasy. We will not...
