Stingaree Stadium — Attraction in Texas City

Ever sense Texas City...figured out a way to take over LaMarque. Everything is changing..almost like ASSIMILATING our school. From changing of the Band Director who was a LaMarque graduate and did a wonderful job. His position was given to a man..who supposedly may have possibly been from Laredo.

Don't know how that happened...Laredo Texas is 6 hours away from LaMarque Texas. Surprisingly the coach kept his job after repeated loosing seasons when they ASSIMILATED..! Also, Texas City .. STOPPED US..from enjoying a Nice Turkey Leg cooked to perfection at the Home town football games...Jealous I guess. We don't eat the ..(hot ham and cheese they serve at Texas City games)..! 🤢 Gross..!

Also, DISRESPECTING our dance team...and requiring that they wear those GROSS WHITE COWGIRL BOOTS..so we look like every other school that has those ... UNNECESSARY...Looking boots on, THANK GOODNESS, they didn't force that cowgirl hat on them and add Tassels to there uniform. Everyone does not handle CATTLE IN TEXAS, and tell..(one up'em stories)..! The girls just like there own style..we are trend setters not FOLLOWERS..with cow patty kickers on our feet.

And now the football teams are starting to resemble with the Helmets...and now we are playing at there stadium. With Turf, a.k.a. ...(plastic grass)...! When we are a true WINNING GALVESTON COUNTY FOOTBALL TEAM, that expects to be the last one standing in Galveston County when it comes to the play-offs in ANY SPORT and the boys play on real SOIL...DIRT... in the MUD when it's wet... And GRASS..and looks the part of tuff Football players.

Tonight the LaMarque fans got to see that if Texas City never lets us GO BACK HOME TO OUR STADIUM..we will forces to look at ALL THOSE UNNECESSARY TEXAS CITY cops that harass us at Carver Park..and Now starring you down flicking lights at the game, not directing traffic..but sitting in the vehicles instead of opening up the exits so we can leave.

If they rotate the Games only at Texas City Stingaree stadium...then that means...Tx City Cops will like there pockets with Overtime every Friday during this season..and LaMarque P.D. and our Constables will be sitting at home. Also the restaurants in LaMarque will not see any money.. because Buisness will have went to Texas City.

And normally..Texas City kids have issues at the Football games...I remember one year..Texas City had security packing sniper RIFLE'S at the games. Don't know why..but LaMarque does not need that. We don't have those issues. In the future, I would like LAMARQUE to still ha e its own IDENTITY.

We are very Proud to be from LaMarque. And would like not to RUN, WALK, SKIP, JUMP, DRESS ALIKE, LOOK LIKE, ACT LIKE , EAT LIKE, DANCE LIKE AND PLAY BAND MUSIC LIKE ..( TEXAS CITY )..!

WE ARE LaMarque/Descendents of LINCOLN SCHOOL..WE STAND PROUD..without being ASSIMILATED..! Anything we win or have Accolades posted..we want them flown at OUR STADIUM IN LaMarque or posted at OUR HIGH SCHOOL....and it to be called LaMarque's Achievement...not added on make with Texas City as if they helped us do it.

Nice stadium and now the home of the La Marque Cougars. In a game when you thought the bigger school in the Tors would get the win turned out the smaller school in the Cougars was not afraid of a Tornado.
