I honestly believe the minimum age requirement should be changed from 14 to AT THE MINIMUM 16 if not older closer to 17/18!! 14 year olds just aren't responsible enough to be trusted alone at a water park!!! There was a 13yo there today (7/27/23) by himself being very rude to not only the surrounding kids, my kids but myself as a parent and adult as well cussing at me, being very disrespectful, jumping into the water from the side of the walkway, this same kid kept dunking my two older kids under water even after being asked several times by myself to not do so to my children, he then started cussing at me and being rude and disrespectful, life guards did absolutely NOTHING about the situation. One life guard told me they have had trouble with this particular child before!
We really enjoy this small water park and have been returning for years, the kids enjoy it and we have a few exhausted kiddos the rest of the day! But it seems in recent years the life guards just don't care or they don't pay attention like they used to. I understand they're mostly young adults/older teens but they're being paid to watch little kids and make sure they're not doing anything dangerous when other parents aren't watching them especially if they are allowing CHILDREN to enter the park alone at the young age of only 14!! I have never had an encounter like this here and hope to never have one again because we truly enjoy...
Read moreWe have been visit Nessler for about 5 years now and still love it!! As usual, go early if you want to avoid a stinky restroom but all n all its great fun with an unbeatable cost.... about $5 per person depending on age. Concessions are still fabulous at mostly $1 for everything and some items at $2. One thing I'd like to point out to management though.... we went around a week ago and the restroom & shower areas were the worst I've ever seen!! There was brown and red smears on the walls of the stalls and the showers were very grimey and looked like they hadn't been scrubbed in months. It was never like that. It gets smelly but the walls were never dirty or grimey. I'm sure this can easily be fixed so I'll give 4 stars but if it's bad this weekend I'm changing the review to a 1 star.
The park includes a lazy river, 2 slides for the older guests and a toddler play area that has 2 small slides, one for toddler age, one for babies. There is also plenty of covered seating areas and lockers.
We love this place and will continue to go because it's cheap and convenient plus actually quite fun...
Read moreWe're We're thrilled to have stumbled upon this charming park! Despite its modest size, it offers an abundance of fun for all ages. The kids were in their element by the pool, and the adult slides and lazy river were a welcome surprise. While there's room for improvement in the restrooms and dressing rooms, the park's overall charm and appeal won us over. As with any new experience, I encourage you to try it out and discover its delights for yourself! to have stumbled upon this charming park!
