Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Texas City

I don't know what it is about Texas City, but the fast food restaurants have some of the worst customer service and workers I've ever seen!

Anyway. My husband and I moved to this area from conroe last year. We have always enjoyed jack in the box. This jack in the box consistently sucks, though. Their burgers are drier than the mojave desert! I thought it was the fact they put little to no condiments, so I added it myself, but nope! I think it was the meat. You could say it was just a one time fluke, but this has happened more than ahandful of times! Their buns are also always stale. Many times they have also forgotten stuff we ordered and it doesn't get discovered until we're home already.

I know it is this Jack in the Box that sucks because the ones in League City or heck anywhere always have tasty, juicy fresh burgers. Everything else comes out hot too!

To someone reading this, they might wonder why we have kept going back. Well, I guess because I know how fast staff turnover can be in fast food. I see new people working there all of the time. Guess I was wrong to think it would get better. Must be the manager who is...

The car in front of me ordered, then I get to the speaker and hear "Our system just went down, itll be 10 to 15 minutes. I cant let you wait in the line." The drive thru line was one car width, so I had to wait behind the two people that already ordered and wait for them to get their food. Circle back around and watch 10 or so cars get told the same thing. Then I see one actually get to order. Pulled in behind them and finally get to order. Then I catch a hint of attitude from the young woman taking my order, with little installments of "Is that all?" "Is that all?" Finally finish ordering my two items say "yes ma'am, that's all" and instead of a "go ahead and pull forward" or a "thank you" I get "Pull up!" Then the car behind me gets told "Our system just went down, itll be 10 to 15 minutes".... Really? Well here's some advice "Kayla", if you could get a better job, you wouldn't last long. I get it, you hate your job. But its people like me that go there that allow you to pay your bills. So...

If I could rate 0 stars I would. I stopped eating here a few months ago because I literally wasted $25. My fries where covered in black gunk, my nuggets were cold and soggy, and my burger was cold as well. I threw the food out and swore I would never eat here again. This morning my boyfriend went out and grabbed breakfast and unbeknownst to me want to this Jack in the box location. He ordered himself a breakfast burrito MEAL with an orange juice and an extra burrito. He ordered me 2 bacon egg and cheese biscuits 1 MEAL 1 extra. He got his 2 burritos but no orange juice or hash browns. I got 2 ultimate breakfast sandwiches NOT biscuits!!! No hash browns either. He gave me the 1 orange juice he did get. We’ve called up there several times and there’s no answer. Good thing we can both still eat this stuff we were given. He has food allergies so a messed up order is a really big deal. We will both now never be going back to this location or any Jack In the box for...
