Gordon's Furniture — Attraction in Thomasville

2010 I purchased bedroom suit from Gordon's they tell me it come with warranty after haveing the set 4 months the both side wood rails break on queen size bed I call Mr Gordon ask him if he could fix or replace my bed he said no its not have warranty I said you told me it did I am making payments on this he flat out lies to me about warranty i said Mr Gordon come get the bedroom set he said we will take you to court I tell him you can't squeeze blood out of a turnip Gordon's come pick up bedroom suit I was never taken to court scar tactic I would not ever buy furniture here again even if it was the last store on earth they call when you're 1 day late and keep calling its wrong to do business that way make sure you have it in writing if you go there cover you're butt when shopping...

Good prices but i hate the fact they do not accept returns. I recently bought a recliner here and after sitting in it for the first day realized it is way too big for me I can't even relax comfortably in it so basically I wasted $400. Now the recliner is in the garage and plastic. Yes I was able to sit in it and try it while I was there but you don't really get the feel for a piece of furniture when you just try it for 5 minutes. Lesson learned I won't shop at this location again. I still gave it three stars because the prices are good but just be aware there are no returns even if you get a lemon and item that doesn't work like a freezer refrigerator wash or dryer no returns or...

Not a great place to go with inclement weather coming in. Was told they would hold a kerosene heater for me, I show up 20 minutes later and it’s already sold. Oh, but they have the square heaters (15000 less BTU’s and no blower) yet charge the same exact price as the big one. So they lied to me about the hold, then price gouge after selling what was supposed to be held. We will not be going back there. I’ve heard really good things about this place, but in a rush they showed their true colors. I’ll take my money elsewhere...
