Decent service. My problem with the place is the TERRIBLE return policy on products not working. Pretty much every excuse to get out of swapping bad cartridges and have to record it. Then they make excuses on only pen style batteries able to be used as the video to return the cartridge Have been through them MANY times and always when I place an online order, it's out of stock, get the wrong product etc but they want to FIGHT me over a $15 cartridge that has a shorted coil. Waste of time here and after the half dozen orders online I've had an issue just steer clear of here unless your getting it in person. If they want to act like this on return policies they should honestly not have them. Even had an online order that was a cartridge and they sold me an edible then tried to argue with me over it until I showed their add with a cartridge. Guess Starbudz, Livwell, Green saliva will continue getting my business and recommendations. I edited the review because budtender service is good and quick. But I fixed the coil in the parking lot to get it to work. Just because the magnetic readers are Pickler doesn't always mean they are the culprits so if they are negated from the return policy from this... I believe people should be made aware of the tesiousness of this return policy. No other dispensary has these exemption clauses. If a review has a budtenders name in it know that that person got a penny joint in exchange. Itâs very likely that person stood at the counter and typed it out while the budtender watched them so they could discount a pre-roll.
The products are garbage even the âtop shelfâ brands. I canât even count the number of times weâve purchased and had flower we decided to just throw out because it was disgusting and tasted like straight chemicals.
