The moment you walk in, you're greeted by the rich, welcoming aroma of fine tobacco and a relaxed, sophisticated atmosphere. The selection of cigars is truly impressive, catering to both the seasoned aficionado and the curious newcomer. The walk-in humidor is a treasure trove, meticulously maintained with a wide variety of brands, sizes, and origins. What really sets this place apart, however, is the staff. They are incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about cigars. They took the time to understand my preferences and offered excellent recommendations without any pressure. The lounge itself is the perfect place to unwind. It's spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean, with plenty of plush leather chairs. The ventilation system is top-notch, keeping the air fresh and pleasant even with several people enjoying their cigars. Stixx Cigar House in Thousand Oaks is a top-tier cigar shop and lounge. The selection is outstanding, featuring a full lineup of Plasencia cigars along with a great variety of other top-shelf brands.

The humidor is one of the best in the area—immaculately maintained with a crisp, modern presentation and lighting that really showcases the cigars. You can tell a lot of thought and care go into keeping it in perfect shape, and it elevates the whole experience.

What really sets this place apart, though, is Lawrence. He’s incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to talk to. Whether you’re new to cigars or a seasoned aficionado, Lawrence makes you feel right at home and is always happy to help—no pressure, just great service.

Stixx Cigar House, in Thousand Oaks, a premium cigar lounge, much needed in the Southern California area, is by far one of the finest establishments I have visited recently. The facility is immaculate and thoughtfully designed. Cigar selection impressively splendid, and when you walk into the humidor you are greeted with the palatable aroma of well maintained cigars. There are two parts to Stixx - 1. Members only (one of the owners gave me a tour of the area), and 2. Retail (with a beautiful glass cased humidor). The owners are very friendly and inviting, and if I lived in the Los Angeles area I would definitely become a member. This is a great cozy lounge to relax at with some friends, a good conversation and always a good quality cigar. If I were getting married I would rent out the lounge for my bachelor party.
