All Star Appliance — Attraction in Tillamook

It all starts and stops right here. They are the best!! This family business has always been a wonderful and helpful place for us to go for our vacation rental business. Renters are not always kind to appliances and because of this we have gotten to know this business very well. They are very informative and helpful on what the best choices for us (whether they can fix the appliance, we should go with a new one, or how to fix it ourselves.) Straight forward to the point and always with a wonderful smile and attitude. They go above and beyond. When a fridge broke they brought us a loner to use until ours came in. We loose money when other customers brake appliances and the new guest comes in and wants money back because something doesn't' work. All Star tries it best to get us what we need asap, so that we don't have to pay for a cost of fixing and loosing money at the same time from an unhappy renter. I must say I am saddened by the review I have seen below about the waiver. Please, read what you are talking about. We have signed this waiver many times!!!! You have definitely misinterpreted it. My Whirlpool washing machine had stopped agitating. I called for a repair man to come and look at it and he said I would need a new motor. I set up a time for the tech man to come. Alex arrived with the new motor and I told him that I had actually tried the machine again and it started agitating again and I had been using the washer all last week. We talked about the age of my machine and that it "might" stop working again, but it might keep going for another couple of years. Could be the motor, could be the switch. He was so helpful, and we both decided that I would wait to replace the motor at this time. I appreciated his honesty and also so much great information and alternatives. I have used All-Star Appliance several times and have always been so impressed by their honesty and knowledge. Most places are always do the "marketing" thing to make as much money as possible, but All-Star is there for the people and I think it gets them more business in the long run. So glad I know...

I am writing to express my thanks for All Star Appliance in Tillamook Oregon for providing great customer service for the Warranty Repair of my Frigidaire Microwave. I purchased a complete set of professional grade appliances after remodelling our kitchen. After a few months the microwave quit working. I contacted the factory and All Star Appliance picked up the repair. Every interaction to resolve the issue from the first call, follow up calls, scheduling and the technician completing the work was positive. Alex was super guy completing the repair. I wish I would have come to All Star Appliance in the first place for all my appliance purchases during our remodel. Your Customer service model is top notch and should be commended.
