I must also add that I have had the pleasure of trying several items from the Country Squire Kitchen menu, including the turkey smash burger, chicken melt, pork melt, chicken wrap, potato salad, and chicken noodle soup. Every item was cooked to perfection and had me gushing over every bite.
The turkey smash burger was juicy and flavorful, while the chicken and pork melts were perfectly toasted and melted in my mouth. The chicken wrap was also a delight, with a crispy exterior and a tender and juicy interior. The potato salad was creamy and delicious, and the chicken noodle soup was a perfect comfort food for a chilly day.
Overall, I cannot recommend the Country Squire Kitchen enough. It has quickly become one of my favorite food carts, and I can't wait to try more of their delicious creations. This place truly...
Read moreExcellent sandwich and wrap. For vegans and vegetarians it is a really good wrap and sandwich. The sandwich/melt has cheese on it the wrap does not. This is not your standard boring veggie wrap with the basic lettuce tomatoes etc. It has pickled red cabbage and grilled zucchini. The king sauce they make, and it is not your standard mayo based sauce. If you ask they will tell you what they use to make it, but it is all good and healthy ingredients such as chickpeas and nutritional yeast. The wrap and sandwich are super yummy. My new favorite place in the Tillamook Bay City area even though it is a short drive to get there. The slaw is not a super wet saucy slaw. So it will depend on which way you like as to if that is good or not. I really liked it but my daughter likes a really saucy slaw so she didn't. If you didn't already know the place is a food truck set up next to several other...
Read moreCountry Squire Kitchen is dialed in. This isnât just some flat-top burger cart â this is actual food, made with care, with flavor that punches way above the fold-out tent level.
I had the pork wrap, which leans more falafel than burrito. Wrapped tight, layered with spice, rich without being greasy. You can tell the seasoning came from a real hand, not a shaker. My daughterâs chicken rice bowl had that perfect grill-char depth - not dry, not drowned - just balanced. My buddy got the chicken melt and barely looked up from it, which says all you need to know.
Yeah, itâs not lightning fast. But they know that. They give you a little pager like youâre in some sleek sushi bar, and it works. Gives you time to hang out, chat, enjoy the scene. When the food shows up, you forget how long you...
