I think I went to a very different restaurant then everyone else. We had a party of 8 with 2 little kids. When we got there it took over an hour before we even got offered drinks. We were playing bingo with the other tables as people we’re getting up and leaving. We never got any of the bread everyone mentions, also other reviewers noted gluten free options which was one of the reasons we picked this restaurant but when asked the waitress just flat said no. So at the 2 hour mark we finally see our apps - fries were fine, crab cakes were good but very small. 2:35 mark we get our food, which was all very average. My steak was over cooked but very well seasoned. My shrimp and Mac had zero flavor. My wife had the risotto dish and it had no flavor. One of our guests really loved the linguine. By hour 3 our kids, who had been doing so well, we’re done. I had to hunt down my waitress for the tab. Horrible service, average food. We watched other people who just got sat, get food in 20 mins. We sat for an hour before even ordering. We did not have the same experience as the other reviewers.

Went for happy hour. There are reviews talking about 5 dollar appetizers and drinks. They are older and the prices have gone up. There was a live band and they were excellent, including a bass player on a six string bass! The fish and chips was literally one fish, but it tasted amazing. Wife had the fruit salad and said it was also amazing. Two beers, two Moscow mules. 50 bucks plus tips. They have a couple of younger servers who can’t serve alcohol. So it took a long time to get drinks. Like 20 minutes. We were on vacation time, so it didn’t matter, but thought it was worth a mention. The server was super nice and apologetic, so nothing against her.

Live music, modern and comfy! The staff was welcoming and friendly. Ther food was exquisite! They have their own bakery and support many local businesses. It took us a while to finally get in to try this place out. The hours are weird but i'm so happy we're didn't give up. This place is so worth every penny and moment we spent there! Nice bar inside and the booth tables were so comfortable and they were tall so you get the feel of better privacy for conversation! Love this place going to bring all my company from out of state here and looking fwd to many more evenings out here.

My fiance and I stopped for a quick lunch on our road trip. The place was fairly full, but it's also a small dinning place. We were seated in under 5 minutes. Their menu is small and a bit expensive. It took about 5 to 10 minutes for a waitress to greet us once we were seated. After our waitress was told to come take our order from another waitress, I ordered the BLTA with a cup of their clam chowder and my fiance ordered the beer battered fish and chips with a cup of clam chowder on the side. We also ordered two pops. The food came out fairly fast for it being towards the end of their lunch rush. We still have not received any silverware or our pops we ordered and she forgot the cup of chowder. She asked if we needed anything else and I told her we needed our pops (Pepsi and Mt. Dew ). She came back with a Pepsi, Sierra Mist and the chowder, still no silverware or napkins. It took her about another 10 to 15 minutes to come back to our table. We told her we ordered a Mt Dew not a Sierra Mist. She then informed us that they don't carry Mt Dew, so my fiance ordered a Pepsi. We also reminded her about the napkins/silverware. She came back quickly with 2 napkins and a Pepsi that turned out to be diet pepsi. She also asked me if I was still waiting on my Bud Light... (I'm 6 1/2 months pregnant) and I said no and she walked away. Once we finished our food we waited another 10+ minutes for her to be told to come back and clear our plates. We also told her we were ready for the check. Came back promptly with the check. The food overall was great. I definitely recommend the clam chowder! No complaints there. The service and the waitstaff on the other hand... well that was probably the worst service I've ever had. Hopefully when you go there you get a...

I have been here several times over the years and while the food is good, the service has been terrible every single time. Very rude, snobby, untrained staff. Used to go with work for drinks on thursdays nights but our orders were always wrong or missing and the staff didnt care. Tried it one last time on my wedding anniversary and waited ten minutes to be seated even though it was empty. The staff were too involved in their private conversation to notice they had customers so we finally left. Will never go back again and I am a local. Your restaurant should allow happy hour in the restaurant, and not just the bar. I called to ask about this and was just told, "That's the way it's always been done and the manager is not going to change her mind," but no real reason was given. Is this just a rule to have a rule, or is there a good reason for it? I have never been to a restaurant that does not honor happy hour throughout the establishment. You are only limiting your own sales, and customers. We are a group of ten that were planning to come and now we won't. Our money will be going elsewhere. We were planning to order food and drinks but it is very disappointing that your restaurant is so limiting. We are all locals and your restaurant is getting a bad reputation between the ten of us. The person I spoke to on the phone was rude, curt, short, and very unprofessional. Where is friendliness? Kindness? Hospitality? I asked that she voice a customer complaint to management, and she instead argued with me further. Your restaurant is at the bottom of my list for sure and I will...

We went here for lunch. Maybe evening service process is better. Nice looking place, but a bit of a musty smell when you walk in. You place your order at the counter and pay for it there, and the tip for good service is expected at that point, before you know whether you’re getting good service or not. We didn’t, initially. We each ordered an entree, a cup of chowder, and drinks. We picked a table and sat down and waited. And we waited. And waited. And waited some more. Finally we flagged someone down ( the place was nearly empty) and asked for our drinks. They left and came back with our drinks. And we waited some more. We waited 25-30 minutes for our food. They finally brought out our entrees, then went back to get our two cups of chowder, which should have been brought out for us to enjoy while waiting for our entrees. Neither one of us liked the chowder and ate very little of it. My wife had fish and chips. The fish was cod and she said it was pretty good. The fries were cold but tasted ok. Staff came by to ask if everything was ok and we said the fries were cold. They brought out a hot fresh batch. I had a cheeseburger, which was fairly tasty, on a ciabatta bun. Staff came by our table 3-4 times to ask if everything was ok. There was plenty of staff on hand but there seemed to be a lot of confusion. Maybe dinner is better. We would...
