The BA Lounge is a smaller but functional lounge. There is 2 sections, First and Gallery. The First section seats 20-30 people and from my experience can get a little full. Don't be shy asking people to move their bags as it seems the culture here to leave bags, coats, shopping all over 4 seat sections even when there is only one person sitting there. Ahh the sweet sound a that passive aggressive huff when a person has to actually allow a person to share the space. Food offerings are simple, the bar is free pour and stocked with the basics. Wifi is decent. Power points are very limited. If are are flying on a BA F ticket you will also have access to the First Dining room with a menu service available. Nice lounge, a step above the AA lounge. Food not quite as good as the above Centurion Lounge however it's more quiet.

God save the queen. This is clearly one of the worst lounges that I have been to. The first class side of the lounge, the toilet did not flush properly as it was broken. The passenger before me did not flush as a result of this. The selection of food was undesirable and insipid too. Not to mention that it was small and dingi too.May be it is time for BA to look for another lounge in PHL.

I was the first person in a line of 5 to checkin at 3:15pm when they open. It was obviously empty. I’m executive platinum on American flying to Greece. I got : “Because of capacity we can’t let you in.” I looked at the empty rooms and asked “you’re at capacity?” He said “yeah” Attached is a picture of the admirals lounge he told me to go to instead.

Very disappointing!! I was so looking forward to this lounge for my lengthy layover in PHL airport with my business class one world ticket on American Airlines. This place even has a One World sign posted. After seeing the people ahead of me turned away. I was able to convince (or she broke down) and let me and my wife in. I showed her the screen shot of the BA lounge entry rules! Once inside more disappointment. Food was disgusting and tasted awful. My wife says I can eat most anything, but not here! Furniture is old and worn. No ambiance at all! And no phone charging outlets, yikes! Yes free self serve alcohol but not much else. To top it off the other side of the lounge is restricted the BA Passengers only. We felt second rate for sure! They got a gourmet sit down dining experience. Simply not fair as we are also One World members flying business class. Flying back home to Philly tomorrow and we wont be going here! The AA Admirals lounges in PHL airport are actually quite nice and far better than the BA Galleries lounge. Bathroom was disgusting too! SO...

Very bad experience at British airways lounge today at Philadelphia airport! service at the entrance very condescending and antipathic.! !perhaps I am not blond enough for the blonde hostess. Very tiny lounge, very tight choice of food, for a reason I ignore and I cant’ get properly explained by the staff I have been told that I can’t access the dining room despite I travel in bisououou ness class! I have booked with British but the flight is operated by AA ! but still a member of BA. Seats are tired and almost no space to sit comfortably. That’s a shame to pay the price of a business class ticket and get this level of service. Looking forward to landing...
