I wanted to share my experience so others can avoid the same headache.

After my fridge stopped cooling, their repair tech told me it wasn’t worth fixing and recommended I buy one of their “refurbished” fridges instead. It sounded like a decent deal, so I bought one over the phone for $700. Within just a few days, it started having the issues as well.

They came out to fix it, but it still didn’t work right. Then they offered to swap it for a cheaper, lower-grade fridge — without offering to refund the difference in price. I declined because I didn’t feel confident in their products anymore.

When I asked for a refund, I was told the person who sold it to me that “I'm not the owner” and that “the owner doesn’t do refunds.” When I finally spoke to the owner, he refused to take the fridge back, claiming there were “no refund” signs all over the store (even though I've never set foot in the store) and that I was “warned” about it prior to the purchase, which never happened.

He also claimed that all calls and documents are recorded, but when I asked for proof of that, any call or signed document showing I’d been told about a no-refund policy — he couldn’t provide anything.

When I told him that if he didn’t take back the fridge and issue a refund, I’d have no choice but to do a chargeback. I explained that as a business owner myself, I know how costly chargebacks can be and was just trying to resolve things fairly. Instead of handling it professionally, he responded with, “I know what kind of person you are” and “I deal with people like you all the time.”

At that point, it was clear I wasn’t dealing with an honest business. Once they had my $700, they did everything they could to keep it — even blaming my electrical outlet for the fridge not working (which makes no sense since my new fridge now works perfectly on the same outlet).

Purchased a dryer that did not work when I got home. I called and was told it worked (clearly not but ok). Had an electrician check out the outlet and was told the outlet is good and the cord is providing power the unit....the dryer was bad. So I called AGAIN and was told it worked, so I filled them in that I had an electrician look at the outlet and cord and both were good then was informed that he (the guy from the store) was an electrican for 40 years and the dryer worked and when I brought it back it would work. So back it went, plugged it in and it did not work. Guy was baffled even though I had an ELECTRICIAN come to my house but whatever and he was an "electrican" so yeah. He checked the fuses they were all good, then had it repaired. Great, brought it back home and yay...dryer is working....but nope it wasn't. Took 2hrs to dry a load, sounds as if metal and metal are grinding together in it somewhere and my entire house smelled of chemicals. So back it goes AGAIN for more "repairs". They have the dryer for several days and then I send someone to pick it up and they didn't repair anything because it is heating. You are correct, it is heating but it is not drying in an appropriate amount of time, and it also sounds like metal and metal and grinding together, and it also smells of chemicals to the extent that when it is run my entire house stinks. So now I am getting closer to the limit of the "warranty" and they refuse to even fix it. DON'T BUY ANYTHING...

I'm going to be honest, this is a terrible business. They sold me a washer and dryer set that I had delivered that both stopped working around day 35. When I called I was told I would be charged for repairs the owner told me would be taken care of if I had them deliver the units. When I called he was hostile and took a disrespectful tone with me. Basically he's a liar and a thief because he knows he's selling bad equipment. I'm standing on that God as my witness PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE IM NOT THE ONLY ONE KEEP READING AND DRIVING PAST THIS CROOKS STORE AND GO SOMEWHERE THEY WONT RIP YOU OFF. IF YOU READ BELOW YOU WILL SEE AS MUCH AS THIS MAN ATTEMPTS TO SAVE FACE AND DISPUTE PEOPLE'S CLAIMS UNDER THEIR POST THERE ARE SO MANY BAD REVIEWS AT THIS POINT THAT YOU WOULD THINK HE WOULD TUCK HIS TAIL BUT HE IS CLEARLY UNDER THE IMPRESSION THAT HE HIMSELF AND HIS JUNK HE IS SELLING CAN DO NO WRONG.
