I wanted to share my experience so others can avoid the same headache.
After my fridge stopped cooling, their repair tech told me it wasnât worth fixing and recommended I buy one of their ârefurbishedâ fridges instead. It sounded like a decent deal, so I bought one over the phone for $700. Within just a few days, it started having the issues as well.
They came out to fix it, but it still didnât work right. Then they offered to swap it for a cheaper, lower-grade fridge â without offering to refund the difference in price. I declined because I didnât feel confident in their products anymore.
When I asked for a refund, I was told the person who sold it to me that âI'm not the ownerâ and that âthe owner doesnât do refunds.â When I finally spoke to the owner, he refused to take the fridge back, claiming there were âno refundâ signs all over the store (even though I've never set foot in the store) and that I was âwarnedâ about it prior to the purchase, which never happened.
He also claimed that all calls and documents are recorded, but when I asked for proof of that, any call or signed document showing Iâd been told about a no-refund policy â he couldnât provide anything.
When I told him that if he didnât take back the fridge and issue a refund, Iâd have no choice but to do a chargeback. I explained that as a business owner myself, I know how costly chargebacks can be and was just trying to resolve things fairly. Instead of handling it professionally, he responded with, âI know what kind of person you areâ and âI deal with people like you all the time.â
At that point, it was clear I wasnât dealing with an honest business. Once they had my $700, they did everything they could to keep it â even blaming my electrical outlet for the fridge not working (which makes no sense since my new fridge now works perfectly on the same outlet).

Had an electrician check out the outlet and was told the outlet is good and the cord is providing power the unit....the dryer was bad. So I called AGAIN and was told it worked, so I filled them in that I had an electrician look at the outlet and cord and both were good then was informed that he (the guy from the store) was an electrican for 40 years and the dryer worked and when I brought it back it would work. So back it went, plugged it in and it did not work. Guy was baffled even though I had an ELECTRICIAN come to my house but whatever and he was an "electrican" so yeah. He checked the fuses they were all good, then had it repaired. Great, brought it back home and yay...dryer is working....but nope it wasn't. Took 2hrs to dry a load, sounds as if metal and metal are grinding together in it somewhere and my entire house smelled of chemicals. So back it goes AGAIN for more "repairs". They have the dryer for several days and then I send someone to pick it up and they didn't repair anything because it is heating. You are correct, it is heating but it is not drying in an appropriate amount of time, and it also sounds like metal and metal and grinding together, and it also smells of chemicals to the extent that when it is run my entire house stinks. So now I am getting closer to the limit of the "warranty" and they refuse to even fix it. DON'T BUY ANYTHING...

When I called I was told I would be charged for repairs the owner told me would be taken care of if I had them deliver the units. When I called he was hostile and took a disrespectful tone with me.
