Honestly I love this place. However today I had rude / bad costumer service experience. My family and I came in and I was asked to hand over my diaper bag. Totally understandable, not a problem at all. But she gave me a slight attitude when I told her it was my sons diaper bag as I was walking over to hand it to her. I shrugged it off, misunderstanding I guess. But my issue became to the point of leaving a review after trying to retrieve my sons stuff. She was helping a customer but more so standing there waiting for them to do something and when we asked for it back she snapped back at us stating she was helping someone when we had been standing there. It takes 10 seconds and zero attitude to grab a bag that you demanded I leave with you. Keep your personal feelings and attitudes out of any place of business. Also would not have affected anything at all to grab it while helping as there really wasn’t...

My favorite thrift store! I wish I had began shopping here when they first opened. I've been going all this year and have been pleasantly surprised! Clothes are extremely affordable-as they should being used. Most clothing is between .99c-$3. I have found some of the cutest clothes for myself, and my son. I've bought my son so many books and dvds. The staff is very friendly and lovely, they always talk to me when I come in. I really wish more people would donate here though, a lot of the time it is the same inventory. People are so accustomed to goodwill, when this store should be where donations go. They do not charge an arm and a leg, they don't up the prices on name brands or even new items. That's one thing I appreciate- they are very budget friendly. Do not buy big items if you can not guarantee you’ll have a way to get them. The person I had to pick up my dresser is quarantined due to COVID-19 exposure as of last night. I called asking about a refund and they will just resell the item if not picked up with no refund to the person who originally bought it... bad business practices if you ask me. Will not be buying from them again. So much for the $80 spent.

Edit: They just called back and gave me an extension to pick up. Thankful I didn’t lose out on a nice dresser and money, however there should still be disclosure at the time of purchase as to what happens next if an item is not...
