My sister was denied entry for her medical bag connected to the port in her chest. Asked for me to put my small purse in the truck. So everyone can see it. I left. Was told later 2 cars were broken into, purses stolen. I'm editing this as the owner contacted me, asking questions, as you can see. I never came in Saturday, where did she get that? The owner, Lindsey reached out to me but when I asked her questions, she blocked me. Pretty cowardly. And an FYI, my sister was a regular WITH A BOOTH and everyone knows she has a medical bag, including the owner Lindsey. She was still kicked out, knowing she needed it. Such a disgrace. .... adding to review as Lindsey keeps reaching out.. like on this, she reached out. She blocked me on Facebook and muted me on Instagram. My sister was absolutely 💯 denied for her medical bag. You are assuming too much and only blocking people instead of fixing the problem. Luckily I have screen shot everything that was deleted and blocked. Since Lindsey like to lie. It seems the owner tries to save face but being a liar doesn't change the FACT that you kicked out my sister with her feeding g bag connected to her chest. Please leave me alone, Lindsey. As you are not going to fix the problem, you're only continuing to spread lies. I have nothing against you, I have been in there multiple times. But the second you denied my sister because of her medical condition, out of her control, that's when I, as many others, have lost respect for you and you have lost our business. Again, PLEASE...
Read moreYou know, I very rarely write reviews for businesses online. In fact, this may be my first one. Regardless, I strongly believe that you reap what you sew, as I'm sure most of the people that work there believe, considering K-Love was playing pretty much everywhere in the background.
I was honestly disappointed. Not with the selection, and not with the prices, but with the employees that worked there. I had picked up several things to purchase, and found a larger item that I had every intention of (and was very excited about) buying. Within the time it took me to walk to the front desk, ask about it, and get a cart to haul it to the front, someone had "claimed" what I thought I was purchasing right under my nose, simply by removing the price tag and giving it to a cashier (Many antique malls wouldn't like you doing that). I unknowingly carted the item to the front of the store only to discover that someone else was purchasing it, and they merely shrugged it off.
I'm not one to hold a grudge, and I realize that mistakes are made, but I hope that in the future, the employees are more aware of what they're selling, and to who they are selling it to, so someone else doesn't feel completely cheated as I just did.
God bless, and...
Read moreJust wanted to provide some feedback on my checkout experience today. I waited in line for a while and another lady approached and made her own line. When it finally came time for me to checkout the lady who’d walked up separately was like weren’t you here first, and I said yes, I believe so, but the cashier knew her so she said, no she wasn’t here before you, come on up, I’ll check you out. It was very rude and unprofessional to favor someone the cashier knew over someone who had been waiting in line longer. Unless that lady had been in the process of checking out and needed to go grab something, which she hadn’t been. I don’t think I’ll be going back to your store for a while after that. It’s not cool to make people wait longer just to let someone you know checkout before them. I’m super frustrated and the people I’ve already told agree that...
