Bob's Car Audio & Electronics Incorporated — Attraction in Torrance

Im giving this shop a 3 star rating when it should only a 1 star shop. I dont have an idea when it comes to installation electronically because i dont know how they work on car audio system because i didnt go in to this shop with my car audio and i was not able to speak with the owner of the shop to determine if all the comments for this shop was correct and true.

I went to this store because i needed my plates installed, this shop was recommended to me for the work that needs to be done by the company where i bought the plates. However, for some reason the installer named Justice was the one installed the plates but when the plates had been installed, he forgot to put back everything that he had taken out and the screws that was needed to be put on my rear seat belts were not put back.

I just noticed when i was putting my kids car seat the morning after the installation. Imagine what would happen if someone else had put the car seat into my car and didnt notice that the seat belts were not installed peoperly, a life would be in danger because of a malfunctioning seatbelts that was not put back properly by the installer.

I would suggest that all installers that's being hired by this shop would have a proper training and would have an energy doing his job everytime work has to be done and take things seriously.

I still need to check some of the thisngs that the installer had taken out to see if it was put back together.

I would bever go back to this shop for safety purposes.

Unbelievably skilled, knowledgeable and they 100% deliver on their promises. Showed up on a Friday night 90 minutes before closing with a request for putting together a package of head unit, amplifiers, subwoofer and speakers, backup camera and antenna. This is a complex build, too: a vintage Defender. Justice and Bob were patient with all my questions and “must-haves” and created a package priced aggressively affordable. Tons of options they had for me, mixing and matching to fit my budget. Said they would do the whole install the next day, too — including building a custom speaker box, and figuring out the layout and design of the new equipment package in this difficult-to-retrofit vehicle. Next day dropped off in morning and they worked several hours past closing to make sure they got it done for me as they knew I had to have the vehicle for work the next day. It. Sounds. AWESOME! If there was an option to give a rating that recognizes establishments that give the term 'going above and beyond' a completely different meaning, Bob's Audio would get that rating from me.

I have been a customer of 50+ car audio companies over 12 cities around the world and have found some amazing ones that deserve 5 stars.

Bob's Audio is just on a different level.

With ~ half a decade of experience, they offer so much more than just delivering what you ask for. It became clear very quickly that my car wasn't just another 'job'. They genuinely took it on as a personal project and I stayed and watched them for over 5 hours. It was mesmerizing to watch them collaborate and create art.

Their love and passion for their craft translated beautifully into the results. I have now reached that stage with my new car where I'll be spending more time in my car then at home because - Bob's Audio happened.
