El Pollo Loco — Restaurant in Torrance

Today is 6/19/24 This has got to be the worst establishment that I've ever come across, in all my years! Apparently they need to revamp this entire place! Nothing was working properly here! Not the soda machine! Not the digital registers! None of the employees! (With the exception of the pollo griller...At least he was working!) No type of customer service here whatsoever!! The Management was clueless!

This place is disorganized, mismanaged and should be completely shut down for it's lack of ability to operate properly!! There were no napkins! No utensils! Several health code violations going on here!! I am appalled at the terrible conditions of this place!

The food had zero flavor! I mean none of it! We ordered a family meal and the only thing that was good about this place was the music in the background! The chicken was tasteless! The Mac n cheese tasted like mushed up pasta, no cheese! They had no green salsa! The red salsa was basically diced up tomatoes, no flavor!

My taste buds feel violated!! I TRULY want answers!!!??? How is this place still open??

Someone please answer to this horrible mess I walked into!

NEVER will I ever visit this place again!!!

And...... They raised their prices!!

2 years ago I asked for both red and green salsa for a family meal of 4. They gave me 5 half empty containers of the red pico and 3 containers of salad dressing!?!? We didn't order a salad! They did not even give us any of the...

I never wrote a review a bout any restaurant no matter how bad the food was , I'm elpollo loco lover , but this day on Sunday 7/14/2024 @ 4:43 pm ticket # 228 , I was coming from LAX after I dropped my wife and 2kids , I was craving elpollo loco , and this is my chance , my wife doesn't like it , I ordered the 3 PC meal with coleslaw and side salad and Pico degayo side salsa , when I got home starving ofcourse. I opened the chicken container and I can tell from the skin it's iffing dry like rocks. If I hit someone with a piece I can make him blead , the Cole slaw color was way off and you can tell it's iffing older than my grandma , the salsa tastes like it was sitting in room temperature in hot July day , it tasted kind of sour yet iffing old , I called the store to speak to the manager but no one answered and you can't leave a message because it's full , I don't know about the avocado chicken boritto I gave to a homeless guy sitting in front elpollo loco , I hope he doesn't get food poisoning, so I drove to in n out and bought me an iffing double trouble wild animal style juicy cheesy burger , ate it and told my high cholesterol...

Worst experience ever, and I go to crazy chicken a lot! Stay away from this location, and go to Sepulveda or Crenshaw locations if you're in the south bay area. Pulled up to the drive thru 430pm and nothing happened. Then I ordered a tostada salad, and asked for pico de Gallo and extra salsa. As it turns out, the lady said they were out of pico de Gallo, and also out of salsa. So I asked "Can I get an extra salad dressing?" Well, she said they were out of salad dressing for my tostada salad!!!! Doesn't make sense... Why take my order for tostada salad with no dressing, no salsa, no pico de Gallo? Then the drive thru lady at the window rolls her eyes at me when I'm waiting for my change. Yes I do want my change that's due when I am owed change... Have you seen the price of gas??? Please tell me what right do you have to close the register and keep my change??? And then when I got home the chicken was dry and over cooked... Stay away from this location, worst crazy chicken I've ever been to. They should just close this location down...
