Disgusted with the attitude of the manager, Alex, who might not be all the way there either. I was trying to purchase an album that I thought was a certain price on the shelf, it marking up differently when I got to the front. The original lady told me she would honor the price if I couldn’t find the other one, low and behold when I get back to the front after checking (something they should of had their staff do in that department instead of making me go all the way back there) the “manager” Alex comes and lets me know she won’t be changing the price and I have to pay the markup of $50 very rudely. I tried to show her the error of the picture I took on my phone and she called me a liar and said she just went back there. All in all, she wouldn’t honor a price that was clearly their mistake on more than one item, and gave off the impression that she was racial profiling me and my little sister. She didn’t want to help because she didn’t feel the need. If it was anyone else, we would have had amazing customer service. I would love to add that after everything, she then dared to specifically tell her worker to move over so she could help me checkout after a back and forth spat to make me feel even uncomfortable, I had to tell her she was making me feel threatened for her to leave me alone. Very passive aggressive and racist. Avoid this store unless you want to feel unwelcome & uptight. Alex the manager,...

Do you like to navigate your cart around pallets of product? If so, this store (and all Target locations) are for you! Why hire a third shift facing and stocking crew when you can block isles, create a fire hazard, and prevent customers from reaching shelf items! Also, welcome to "shrinkflation" where you'll get fewer sheets of paper towels at a higher price. This reeks of ADA violations and ableist BS. Shame on Target. Edit 10/18/25: Still an isle-blocked store, but now with 20- something employees who will hit you with their carts...as they don't look where they are going. Stay classy, Target. I was hoping for better...but, no.

Edit 10/27/25: I must be a glutton for punishment as I went back to this store. I was met with young employees running around shopping for customer pick-ups who will run your butt over/speed around you. An elderly cashier who was the only human at a check out didn't even look at me when she said, "My lane is closed. Use self check out." Spoiler: None, and I mean not a single one of the new/fancy self checkout lanes handles cash (card only). This store is a metaphor for shopping in a capitalistic dystopia. I think it's the whole chain, not just this store. I am done....

Every time my husband goes into the store all the food is expired and when we tell employees, they really just put them back on the shelves. My husband and his friend were shopping and they ended up taking all of the expired food off and showing the Employees because of how gross it is and how old the food is just trying to do the right thing. The employees ended up getting so mad that they were screaming at my husband, and they all ended up getting into an altercation that they kicked out my husband and his friends. Outside there was a manager with her phone in my husband’s face recording him as they were fighting with the manager because there was no reason why they were kicked out. The manager came in while me and my daughter were checking out and he threw down his phone and he says I’m going to a fired tonight and went outside after making the comment sounded like he was gonna beat up my husband. Very disgusting management, there very lazy employees, honestly debating about calling the health department. It’s...

This branch of Target is a mirror image of Poughkeepsie's branch, down to the inch! Even the produce is the same, when the branches are 87 kilometers away. Not that anything is wrong with this uniformity; Target impressively sells everything under the sun! Clothing, groceries, cosmetics, electronics, appliances, pet supplies (nothing for fish, though), magazines, toys, athletic equipment, furniture... The array is dizzying, all displayed attractively and fairly priced (discounts with Target's rewards card, and through Target's smartphone app). Automated check-out, self-serve photographic kiosks, electric scooter carts for the handicapped, a bulletin board for local announcements... Spotless bathrooms with stainless steel furnishings, and free wi-fi. Ample parking in lot out front. Very friendly associates wearing red shirts (not regimented styles, though).

lazy employees!! today was the second time in a row i tried to do a mobile order and more than half my order was cancelled because the items were "out of stock" only for me to go inside and find the item i was looking for right there on the shelf. the whole point of a drive up order is to not have to go inside! When i asked an employee about this they just said that they make mistakes sometimes... i think an employee who works there should know where things are better than me, i shouldnt have to worry about my order missing items because an employee cant find it on the shelf...very frustrating. in addition to that, the employee who did my mobile order put my order sticker in the middle of a decorative gift bag, the bag was completely ruined after i tried to take the sticker off.
