Subway — Restaurant in Torrington

Would give the Subway in Walmart no star if I could. Didn't have enough money with my son for his sandwich between his cashapp and his giftcard. The order came out a little more than what he had. Left got money, came back and the sandwich was thrown out with the gift card thrown away. They wouldn't pay me back for the gift card. They said it's compensation for making the sandwich I never payed for. Terrible terrible customer service. The manager told me to go to the website to speak to someone higher. Which is a headache and impossible to get through to an actual person. He forgot to mention or give me any info on how to get in contact with Kareem? who runs both stores in Torrington. Its only 5 dollars and change for the gift card but the fact that they couldn't wait for awhile to see if I was going to come back with more money and pay for the sandwich (which I did cone back for). Instead, throw it out with the gift card and say I can't get another gift...

Absolutely terrible! CAUTION don’t eat here!!! Waste of time and money and patience! Unfortunately I’m diabetic and had to eat the nasty toasted sandwich that was made for me followed up by the rude lady that made it for me.... I hate toasted sandwiches and wasn’t even asked if I wanted toasted or not?! Unbelievable there...
