Torrington super buffet — Restaurant in Torrington

This place is not what it used to be! We were a party of 5, we were sat at a huge table just inside the front entry, it was so cold I asked for a different table. We were moved to another table (just as cold) I then noticed all staff wearing winter coats! No heat. Oh well, we decided we were hungry so we just delt with the cold. Sushi was the worst I have ever had, all made with artificial crab meat, no variety at all! Just poor quality sushi! Now on to the buffet, some of us had some kind of chicken and it was not cooked completely, it was raw! The rest of the buffet not ok at all, I will say the crab rangoons were great! By the time we sat down with our food it was already pretty cold because this restaurant had NO HEAT!! Would definitely not return, or recommend,...

Very disappointed with this establishment. Looking at their website it shows crab legs on the buffet. Called to make sure they had crab legs for dinner. The woman on the phone assured me that there was crab legs at 3:30 for dinner. And No crab legs , she said i don't know who I talked to but No crab legs. The parking lot had no light, very dark and dangerous. The building had no heat so we had to eat in our winter coats to keep warm. Some of the dishes in the salad bar looked like they had sat there for a week. Desert was stale.Hot food was ok, but not worth $20 a person. Plus they charge way to much for children.
