Mattress Firm Torrington — Hotel in Torrington

We were in need of a new mattress for our spare bedroom. We went online and found a bed in stock at mattress firm. When we got to mattress firm we had to wait, which was understandable as there were only two salesman on the floor Our salmon ended up being Jim, in Torrington CT

My wife had already picked out a mattress online due to price and when we got to the store, the price was completely different. Jim stated he’d honor the online price.

While my wife was speaking with our salesman, I was checking out beds myself

There was a deal for a brand new king sized mattress ($570) name brand and great quality

While working out the price of the King with box springs ... Jim was helpfull NOT pushy Jim was informative and professional.

After all was said and done we walked out not buying ANY mattress for the spare room.. lol

We bought a TEMPUR pedic split king with adjustable bases. 😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣

It was time to upgrade our own bed instead lol So we opt for the million dollar bed..

So .. in review Over all .. mattress firm is very over price as you’d expect from a mattress store.

My 5 star review is for our salesman who gave us discounts and made the sting from such expensive beds a bit lesser

I feel like we bought a classic used car with no miles on it.. a garage queen lol

I don't understand how some people have horrible experiences here not saying that they are wrong, maybe something did happen but as for us we are so happy with them. We came in surprised to see one man working when we were the 3rd customers in there no biggie though we were checking out the beds. When Santos finally got to us he was extremely friendly and he listened to my concerns because I just had spinal fusion surgery a few months ago and possibly looking at another surgery soon, I needed a bed that was good for pain, I needed a bed that would be easy for me to get up and out of bed and a bed that would help shut up my other half's snoring. Santos showed us 3 beds and we tried them all out he did try to sell us on the other one and I politely told him no I want the Sealy with the adjustable bed frame. We got the massager, lumbar support, bed adjustment up and down, zero gravity and the snore button. All together the end total was 6 grand but we also bought 2 pillows that was heck of a lot money but it was absolutely worth it to us, the bed came in 3 day's later a 3rd party comes in delivers and sets up. Kevin was such a pleasure to deal with, not only knowledgeable but hardworking. He went to such great lengths to help me knowing my situation. Kevin went above and beyond any duties of a salesman.. his character was exemplary and evident as he helped me with ALL of my concerns. What a great experience it was to deal with such a man of high caliber, experience, knowledge and character.
