Saettele Jewelers — Attraction in Town and Country

My fiancé bought my engagement ring from some place in Florida. When he come home and we needed to get my ring sized, we googled preferred jewelers, as this place in Florida was apart of this program. Saettele Jeweler was the first business to come up on google and though we weren’t happy about the drive there (we live in Imperial), we went to this jeweler anyway. Our first experience was amazing. The owners daughter helped us the first time and she was so nice and understanding. The jeweler in Florida was not willing to work with us at all in getting my ring fixed to my size, but she did everything she could to get my ring sized without us having to pay more money. We could not be happier with our experience at Saettele Jewelers. We walked in with an idea of what we envisioned for an engagement ring. It was unusual because we didn’t want a diamond for a center stone and we wanted to use four small diamonds from another ring. We had four or five photos of images and we explained what we liked and disliked about each one. Phyllis explained that she needed about 5 minutes. She left and came back with a computer rendition of exactly what we imagined! We tweaked the design a couple of times after that and about 4 weeks later, we picked up a completely custom ring that is fabulous. We went to look at engagement and did not need to go anywhere else. Phyllis was the Gemologist that helped us. Her knowledge of gemstones and jewelry were impressive. She took the time to explain everything about gemstones and settings. She also got to know us and listened to us on what we liked. She never tried to push anything on us but definitely was able to show us what we were looking for in an engagement ring. Phyllis also explained to us how they could get anything made to our specifications. This was a very enjoyable experience and we got a beautiful ring made that was everything we wanted.
