Feel-Rite Fresh Markets — Attraction in Town of Amherst

I love the feel rite on Niagara fall boulevard! They have so many amazing products! I needed a probiotic and they recommended this great soil based prebiotic wanted to know more about my Nutrition! They have free consultations with Linda and she sat down with me and went over every detail of my diet and walked through the entire store and helped me pick out the best supplements that work for my body! She has so much experience working with supplement and knowledgeable about body building. Not to mention all the other employees especially Kate and Doug are so helpful and uplifting and everyone is always laughing when I come into the store. I didn't know they had produce here and it's amazing and all organic they even dandelion leaves which I have been looking for forever!...

This place is great refreshing and very clean. They have so many more nutritious options if you are transitioning your eating lifestyle or already eating really healthy foods without all the mess in it. I love getting my reverse osmosis water with minerals here. Its only $5 for a 5 gallon jug.I shared a video on it. U can not beat the price its so worth it. I love that most of the staff here is very knowledgeable of the products which is extremely helpful when you are new to certain foods,oils,spices etc. I recommend you stop by and give this place a try. They also have a punch card system. So you are rewarded for every dollar u spend. U get money back to use on a future purchase. They have a cafe. They sell candles, salt lamps and incense. I come in sick to purchase items. At checkout the cashier Cash9 per the receipt. Says do you have a punch card I say no. She starts me one. I then say that would of been nice to know about yesterday when I spent over $90 in here. Can I show my receipt and get the punches. She goes to ask management and they make a huge deal about. So I’m in the parking lot writing about poor customer service. The purpose of the punch card is to encourage customers to shop more . I’m back in less than a day to purchase more items you would think they would be more than happy to honor those punches. Poor customer service and I have no intentions on returning here.
