Happy Days Cannabis Dispensary & Delivery — Attraction in Town of Babylon

I have been coming to happy days for over a year now after shopping at many dispensaries. Happy days is very warm and welcoming, very friendly and authentic. Not once have I felt pressured, or like I was being lied to by an inexperienced bud tender listening to a first time manager telling them to sell the most expensive things. Tom, ty, carmine, tara, Justin, Baylin, Alex, another manager that I forgot his name, and a few girls are all incredibly helpful and they walk you thru the process to make it the best for each customer. Once I even missed my delivery window. They attempted to deliver 4 separate times that same day, and then when I realized what happen they had my order to my house within 15 min. Idk why people would ever shop anywhere else. Without mentioning names, happy days is no cattle slaughter house. The whole experience is great, the workers look like they want to be there. They look like happy humans, not like they are chained to registers with management watching every move. THANK YOU HAPPY DAYS, THANKS ALEX, TY, TOM, CARMINE, JUSTIN and TARA. EVERYONE I FORGOT TOO. KEEP UP THE AMAZING WORK. YOUR ENERGY IS CONTAGIOUS.

Ps... the customer service side of their business is great too. If you talk to all of the employees they are personable offer suggestions with real reasons, they are honest. Honesty goes a long way. I've spoke to a few of these guys for a while and all super cool.

Pps. After reading any negative reviews about this place, the products the people bought were mediocre at best, and they probably didn't ask for an exchange for a loose joint. Whenever I had an issue with a joint, a cartridge, an order, anything... absolutely anything, Alex, baylin and another big husky manager always did the right thing and corrected the situation. I don’t write reviews often, but after reading several 1 star reviews, I felt obliged to write this. (It’s unfortunate to see so many negative reviews directed towards a business, due to unhappiness with specific products and brands/processors.)

I have shopped at all the recreational shops on Long Island, each several times. I can easily say, none of them come close to Happy Days. Their selection, pricing, rewards program, and customer service is bar none.

Whenever I shop at the other nearby dispensaries, I either wait longer than desired , feel rushed to shop/leave, or am helped by unprofessional, unwelcoming, and unknowledgeable staff. I have never had any of those issues at Happy Days.

(My only issue so far was during the launch of the app, my referral link would appear invalid whenever I sent it to someone. However, I have been treated so favorably and saved so much money since I started coming here, that I never even cared about the referral bonus.)

On busy days, there is an employee in the parking lot who helps direct traffic. He is honestly one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. He welcomes and sends off every customer with a contagious smile and great vibes. I came here while having a bad day recently, and his enthusiasm instantly put me in a better mood. The security guards are also very friendly and I have never waited longer than 2 minutes to get inside.

Whether I placed my order in the store or online for pick up, the process is always fast and efficient. I’ve never had to wait on a line for longer than 3-5 minutes, and pretty much all of the budtenders are kind, informative, and honest.

All in all every one of my visits has been enjoyable, from arrival to departure. I can only hope the good deals and new products continue to grow along with Happy Days and the NYS recreational market.

I cannot even express enough how amazing of an experience it was to come here. I have been going to Strain Stars since they opened and always have had TERRIBLE experiences with their Customer Service. The way their store is run is an absolute abomination, and anyone who goes there long enough will tell you the same thing. Decided to give Happy Days a try and was in for quite the shock. Not only was I treated like a Human Being, I was treated with RESPECT. I was shown kindness, patience, understanding and respect. All while not feeling like I was being rushed out of the store before I could even decide what I wanted. Strain Stars is very anti-customer. Their staff want nothing to do with you, and will provide no genuine assistance to you. They want to make a sale and shove you out the door before you can even blink. You will wait in literal line queues for 15-30 minutes. This store, I was out in literally 4 minutes on the dot. There was no line. there was no wait. I was in and out and every single staff member of their floor gave me plenty of space while also making it clear they were there to help if anything was needed. There was a CLEAR feeling of hospitality throughout their very large building. Customers were coming in and out at the speed of light with their products. It was amazing. This place was excellent. This is my go to spot for now on. When you find a place with excellent customer service, you stick to it. Only suggestion I could make from a business perspective is to potentially consider relocation in the future. It's in an alright spot. Huge parking lot, beautiful interior but the outside is a bit bland lol. I'd hate to see an excellent dispensary like this be tucked away out of sight. Genuinely wanna see...
