This Marshall's is definitely one of the nicer ones I've been to. Like all Marshall's, TJ Maxx and Home Goods type stores, they tend to be fairly disorganized and it's usually difficult to find what your looking for. This particular Marshall's is really well organized. It's easy to find exactly what you need, sizes are where they're supposed to be on the racks, the fitting rooms are clean and well kept, and the overall store is bright and clean. They also have a really great selection here. While these type of stores are usually hit or miss, I've had really good experiences finding exactly what I was looking for and more. They also have a pretty good selection of Gluten free snacks and foods here which is a definite bonus for me! I really love this store and usually shop here before hitting the BB&B, DSW, NY & Co. or Old Navy because I know the prices and selection for housewares, shoes and clothing will be better at Marshall's. It's literally one-stop shopping. This last trip to Marshall's I got a bunch of kitchen items & gadgets, bed sheets, a Michael Kors wallet and a pair of jeans for my husband, a pair of jeans, two shirts and a pair of sandals for myself and 9 shirts, a bathing suit and a dress for my daughter PLUS several GF snacks, all for under $200! Such a steal! Shop here before you go anywhere else and you can...
Read moreI normally would give a 5 Bc I think this is the best Marshall’s. The older staff that works during the day is way better than the underage staff working this evening. There did not seem to be an older manager or anyone working. There were 5-6 employees behind the registers but stood there talking to each other instead of ringing customers up. A long line began to form and they still stood there talking. I can understand someone doing inventory but 2 staff members a boy and girl working the registers next to each other decided to talk to each other instead of ringing up. When I finally was called to register I was not greeted as I normally am when I go in the morning. The employees (2 diff people than before) continued their own conversation instead. I work customer service and you always say hi how are you? I think a manager needs to be upfront at all times watching the young kids as they will receive more complaints in the future. I also don’t mind paying for a bag yet they always seem to be out of the brown paper bags and tell you to buy $1.00 reusable bags instead. If it helps I visited this store on Thursday...
Read moreMelissa, manager very unprofessional. I bought a comforter set and the associate forgot the security tag on it. I was headed back to him and Melissa waved at me and ask me for my TJX card to process a refund that I did not ask her for and she claims the comforter was more money and he’s going to get written up for selling it to me. I bought the item for the price on the tag so I’m not sure what her nasty attitude was all about. I don’t think I’ll be returning to marshals, I’ll shop at Burlington next door instead. Hire customer service trained staff especially if they’re managers if you want to keep...
