Bought a nice waterproof sneakers at West Babylon store today and what a great experience!! Nick was the one who helped me, what an amazing and great customer service. He is such a professional and knows how to treat his customers. He even showed me that there’s other sales and clearance that I was not aware. First time I ever go to Sketchers store and I will definitely go back to west Babylon to buy more items. I would like Sketchers corporation to recognize Nick’s work performance. My wife and I were in here earlier. There were FIVE employees standing around the front of the store as we entered.

We walked around for about 5 - 10mins looking for a pair of shoes to exchange.

Even commenting out loud, “Boy I wish there was a sales person to assist us.” To no response.

As we gave up and left, one staffer said, “Thanks for coming. Have a nice day.”
