Monster Mini Golf Deer Park — Attraction in Town of Babylon

I normally never write google reviews of restaurants, amusement parks, or entertainment places, but my short, terrible experience at this establishment has compelled me to do so.

The social group I am a member of had scheduled to play a game of Monster Golf on a Wednesday night, when by accident I showed up on a Tuesday night. I noticed there was only a small group celebrating a kids birthday party, with nobody else there. I tried to get in to get touch with the organizers of the event through my social group, but could not. I decided it would be OK to ask the apparent owner of the establishment if my group was coming in that night or the Wednesday night originally scheduled.

I knock on his door, explaining to him my situation, yet he seem incredibly perplexed and intimidated for some reason. He led me to the front desk, then questioning me "why I needed to know" the information I asked him, and "what I was doing on his property." Taken aback and borderline offended by his attitude, I furthered clarified my situation. Still in an angry tone, he told me there was nothing scheduled from my group for that night or the originally scheduled Wednesday night, considering that my group scheduled this date at least a month in advance.

Potential patrons, beware... the man who owns this place is a bald, fat, white-trash jerkoff with a major stick up his a$$. If you do decide to go to Monster Golf, don't even bother interacting with him, he'll just try to run you out of his place.

One more thing to the idiot owner... you might want read a book or take a course on the value of customer service and how to properly interact with your clients....

I had my sons 7th birthday party here and I want to say it was GREAT! My party host was Jenna and she was amazing from the minute we walked in , helping with set up in my party room, getting all the kids together for mini golf and helping them when needed (she had the patience of a saint) she made my birthday boy feel like the star of the show 😀. Jenna did an amazing job making sure everyone had thier pizza and cake( definitely took alot of stress off of me) the way she worked with the kids was so sweet and professional at the same time. Every thing was perfect from start to finish and all of the children had such a good time. I will be sure to recommend Jenna for anyone who may have a future party at this location. The party had exceeded my expectations to be honest. The only issues I had was the pizzas we disappointing because they weren't really hot and were kind of stiff and that is because they were delivered about a half hour too early and they sat there while the kids were golfing. I think that is something that should be worked on considering it is a good amount of money for them. I also didn't like the rush of clearing out the room I think more than a half hour between parties is needed for the ppl who were in the room and the employees who have to prepare them for the next party. Overall it was a great party with Jenna who went above and beyond...

An Amazing Birthday Party Experience!

We recently hosted our child’s birthday party at Monster Mini Golf in Deer Park, and it was an absolute blast from start to finish! The staff was incredibly friendly, organized, and great with the kids — they really went out of their way to make the experience fun and stress-free for everyone.

The glow-in-the-dark mini golf course was a huge hit — super creative, clean, and filled with fun, spooky-themed decorations that had the kids laughing and engaged the entire time. The arcade area added even more excitement, giving the kids plenty to do while the party room was set up.

The party room itself was bright, festive, and perfectly set up when we arrived. The staff kept everything running smoothly and on time, including serving pizza and cake, playing music, and even helping with the gift opening.

Overall, Monster Mini Golf Deer Park made the day so special — fun for the kids and easy for the parents. Highly recommend for a unique and energetic birthday...
