This is a late entry as I kept the receipt to remember to publicly thank Kristi, Nicole, and Omar for going « above and beyond," on my 1st visit at this location dated 8/31/2020. As a new mother with a 2 month almost 3 at the time. Food shopping was never an easy task. I was also new with using WIC and all 3 employees were patient and very helpful, friendly but professional. I did tell Omar Iâd call and speak w/a store manager to provide feedback which I did few days later. I found everything I needed. Store was well stocked and organized. Usually when you call to speak w/a  âmanager,â automatically they think itâs something negative & I assured him before going further that this call was just the opposite! I can sense his relief, we shared a laugh even. But to the world please especially in these last, unpromising days please spread love and positivity everywhere you go no matter what shade you fall under in the race group.    Read moreYa know, I went shopping here Sunday night and I was so tempted to leave a terrible review but I said let me not. Itâs a business, theyâre trying and I didnât. But today, I open the coconut I get from them FULL OF MOLD. Itâs clear no one is trying in this store. My wife is pregnant and she had one of these coconuts yesterday.
Do I have time to find my receipt drive back to the store and get my 3 dollars for a moldy coconut? No.
Do I now have to worry that my pregnant wife is going to get sick, yes.
Does the store care? No. If they did, they wouldnât put this stuff out.
Their produce was some of the worst Iâve seen in years. Practically everything was rotting. On top of that, not a single cashier on my huge order. I had to check myself out like I work there, while the machine repeatedly tells a worker to come over and swipe their card like 10 times. Took me 25 minutes to check out my entire order, instead of a cashier swiping...
   Read morePlaced a pick up order. The app told us to let them know when we were there and we did and they would come out. My fiancĂ© had to go inside because they never came out and the employee said they were âcalling and callingâ but I never received a call. After he got the groceries, I received a call (so I know they had the correct number) they forgot our frozen food and what did we want to do. I called back to let them know weâd come back to pick it up and wanted assurance they would be ready with the food because of the wait before and the guy on the phone was rude and said âweâre trying our bestâ and hung up on me.
