Sales rep was very rude. I wish I could remember his name for this review. I remember he was a burly black guy with tattoos. We told him exactly what mattress we wanted and he kept asking questions about medical conditions. When my wife and I told him clearly we don't have any medical conditions to speak of, he kept reading down a list what about this? What about this? Do you have this?. He said you NEED to answer these questions so my boss knows that I'm doing something. I just wanted to buy a mattress. When we stopped answering questions, he didn't tell us anything about the mattress we wanted, he got visibly very angry and went and sat at his desk and ignored us. I worked with Tanner when ordering our beds. My husband and I wanted a split king. We tried them at another store because Mattress firm did not have all of the varieties. They matched the lowest price from another site and gave us free pillows and mattress pads to match Nectar's deal. We did not like the pillows, but appreciated the attempted match. After trying for 120 days my husband did not like his. We worked with Dana and he arranged for a replacement. It was extremely easy to switch. They dropped off the new one a few days later and picked up the other a few days after that. They offered to pick up early if we didn't have a place to put the old one, but we didn't need them to do that. I would definitely recommend...

If they had more than 5 Stars, I would have used them all. Tanner was a VERY AWESOME sales rep. He showed compassion in his job and In helping find exactly what were “almost” looking for since our “old” mattress was 24yrs old. He never once pushed us to purchase a higher price, “better” mattress to “better” his sales. He was actually there for the customer!!! This is sincere “work ethic” we are severely lacking these days!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! We HIGHLY recommend shopping for your next mattress here and ask for Tanner. You will leave there Completely Satisfied and With a Better Deal Than Advertised!!! ALSO, if you’re a Veteran or a First Responder, make sure you get your Discount!!! Don’t Forget to Ask...
