Extreme Sun Capsule — Attraction in Town of Cheektowaga

I walked in, 30mins ago. The old hag behind the counter looked at me and said nothing. So I said hello. She said hello. Did not ask how she can help. So I'm looking around. 3 women now behind the counter. 2 younger girls. Still not a 1 asks how they can help. So I approached the side counter. Girl with dark hair asked my last name. I told her my last name. But made her aware I haven't tanned in awhile or this location. So she continues to get my last name. As I'm giving the dark hair girl my info. The blonde girl has her hand up and asks if i plan on tanning, i respond, yes, cause why else would I be there, so she immediately states with harsh attitude that she's is not watching my son. Who is 6.. who in the the location on Union has never had an issue with just sitting in the waiting room waiting for me, while I tan for 10 mins. Obviously she had an issue and disgust on her face that I would even bring my son with me. ( single mom probs).. I responded, oh I didn't need you to watch him. He can come in with me or sit here in the waiting room. She said oh no I'm not going to be held liable for him, if he falls of the chair or what not. I said ouh okay, called her rude and left. I will never go to that location again. & definitely would never recommend the French rd location ever. Rudest women ever !! That little blonde needs a lesson on how to treat people and realize she works in a tanning salon, & not some up scale retail establishments.. ya need to come back to ground my dear. & that us single parents out here can't just leave our kids home and still have self care. I just went to this location where I’ve maintained a package for about 3 years now. (Today is Saturday May 31 2025) Not sure if somebody died but the desk person and the girl next to her both appeared miserable and grunted at me. (Hello maybe?) I proceeded to ask about birthday specials only bec I would’ve bought a lotion the next day on my bday if it was discounted etc … a lot of places do that. I was just asking and you apparently don’t which is fine but she glared at me and was like, no whaddya wanna do. No smile not friendly at all no happy birthday. Just joined. I've been a zoom tan customer ever since they bought out total tan. They lost me as a customer when they screwed me out of my account during covid. My experience at Extreme Sun Capsule is so far so good, friendly staff and clean. I'm a little concerned about the tan I'm going to receive here as evey time I see another customer coming out has a very minimal tan. I didn't find out until after I signed up that there's only 1 stand up booth and the booth seems outdated from zoom tan. I'm hoping I receive the same kind of deep tan that I did from zoom I'd hate to go back and give them my...
