The past three years I am buying for my business product from a restaurant depot and Buffalo. I paid thousand thousand dollars number one it’s no customer service most of the employee and this branch is rude disrespect do not helping you no price tag on the items if you asked the employee to please help us And then give you dirty face all they don’t even talk to u A special on the meat department I have a two time bad experience which is I complain today manager Marc here is the story. I it was Laura open meat that I have a price. I took the cashier and the cashier send me back to the meat department to put the price tag and I asked department guy to help me with the price and he said they don’t have a time and I asked him to please in the store to fight with me and the next day I came to buy something again this Employee come after me and trying to threaten me and ask him why in the night go to the manager office and Mark guy complain and he said oh my Employee is right he don’t even ask me the story what happened the other size so to my understanding Depo and Buffalo is place for the gangsters which is out of control and then after when I left restaurant depot, the Employee was following me until my house and then you get out from the car and give dirty face and look into me and I called the police and I called the manager. I tell him are you guys gangster or are you selling product to us and today again I had a bad experience. When I went to purchase my stuff, and asked if they had apple pay (option was not presented to me) the cashier (Dionna) blatantly lied and said they did not have it. Only after it was apparent I did not have the funds to complete my purchase, did she present the option for me to use apple pay.
When I looked over the receipt, I noticed the chicken had went up in price by FOURTY- PERCENT. The 2 women at the customer service desk (who's names I unfortunately do not have) were very accommodating and understanding of my situation.
Unfortunately, I had to go to a cashier to complete my refund. Ended up going to Dionna unfortunately who said in a very rude manner "I know you see that cone over there". I was so shocked at her lack of professionalism at her place of work nonetheless.
We thought our problems were over there. Unfortunately, Restaurant Depot proved us wrong. The chicken we DID buy turned out to be spoiled unfortunately,
Disgusting as the chicken was, even that didn't compare to the attitude of Dionna who has received prior complaints on the reviews listed here alone, going back at least a year. The moment I walked in there to deliver ONLY 5 pallets I was approached by a think Caucasian male with tattoos on his arms, he was very rude, unhelpful, and treated me abs talked to me with such disrespect, I was shocked and responded with my concerns, he then reacted very unprofessional. I didn’t get to deliver these 5 pallets and now I’ve been stuck here in Buffalo,NY for 3 1/2 because this company is unwilling to remove their product off my trailer, knowing that the shipper loaded my trailer with another carriers cargo causing a delay to my original delivery date and time. NOTHING TO DO WITH ME AS THE DRIVER. This company should be embarrassed of their employee’s attitude towards people like me just trying to do my job. Maybe customer service isn’t for him. What I’m getting at is I’ve been sitting here since Friday early morning, it is now Monday and this company wants me to cross dock their 5 pallets, I can off load by hand and that’s the sad part.
