Kim made mine and my moms’ experience going to Jared so wonderful. Prior to stopping in we went to a different jeweler to look at engagement rings and it felt super rushed and not personable. when we went to Jared, Kim was so warm and welcoming. She really listened to what I liked and didn’t like and showed me my dream engagement ring. Even though she knew we were stopping by just to check out what rings were available and weren’t going to buy anything in that moment ( we were getting ideas to relay to the boyfriend, was why we stopped by) She really took the time with us and let me wear the ring the whole time we were there and even cleaning it for me so I could see it in all its glory. Kim took the time to get to know us and that meant a lot. She was so kind and extremely knowledgeable in engagement rings, diamond types etc. I also loved how we were able to make a profile for my boyfriend and she put down my ring size and all my favorite rings. From the moment my fiance and I walked into the Walden store until we walked out with our rings a few weeks later, everyone at the store was absolutely wonderful! All of the employees were so nice and seemed as excited as we are about our wedding bands. I want to especially thank Ron and George for going above and beyond for us every step of the way!! We wanted celtic inspired bands and not only did they go out of their way to find some, they even helped us through the custom order process! Ron went out of his way, even on days off to keep me updated on where the rings were and when they were coming in because we knew it would be cutting it close. I wish I could keep George in my pocket as my own personal cheerleader because he is so positive and made something stressful truly fun.
