LongHorn Steakhouse — Restaurant in Town of Cheektowaga

I normally dont leave reviews due to being on the customer service industry but this service went beyond the worst i have had in history. I went to longhorns on cheektowaga location and in all honesty i Dont think i am going ever again there. Is a sunday so I understand long waits which i was fine for a 45 min wait. When 55 min pass ,i go to the check in desk for the status and the person in the entrance did no even recognize me and asked me once again if i wad checking in. I understanding the business, i did not questioned it as time passed and for a half empty restaurant they were rushed. Person tells me your table is being clean if you can give me 20 mins we will be ready. I once again understanding the business allowed the time. When coming back Laurel tells me your table should be ready and pointed to which would be my table and leaves. Another person comes in and sits another party in whats supposed to be my table. When i asked Laurel the response they were here before you. Which i can understand if they would have not forgotten me twice. They cramp us a group of 8 on a small table which i decided to keep quiet. Get a beer offered just to be out. Our food made it to the table and my sister got forgotten everyone eating and my sister just waiting for her food due to Laurel stating, ill make sure to grab it, she left and never came back. It was the effort of the amazing Jacob F that i am giving 1star and left a tip. This young man bent over backwards for us to try to salvage the terrible service we had. As i thought nothing else could go wrong my steak was raw in multiple sections closer to the bone area. I tell Jacob F and he went immediately to grab the manager and was non other than Laurel. When i show the steak the answer i got was this sometimes happens and if it happens again let me know next time and we can trow it on the grill and offered a dessert. Im sorry but i dont pay over $100 to have to advice the cooks how to do a proper steak. I wanted to tell Laurel as she explained that i am a chef and what they are allowing on standards can get people sick. This is the worst service i have gotten even...

First time Here, and I probably won't be back, Unfortunately the look of the meal is deseving, It looked like a good dinner,but far from it 3 people dinner service, 5 pm on a Friday, Only a 1/3rd of the restaurant was with customers, a lot of young individuals working, a few under 21 years of age seating customers Place was very very clean, the waitress was extremely professional, yet I feel sorry for her, as the meal was Honestly disgusting. So she may not be erring tips based on the lack of a real cooked meal. I did provide a tip seeing our bill was over way $100.00 the three steaks dinners were not to anyone's liking, One was supposed to med, well That steak was over cooked and super dry , and heavy salted,( new York strip) Second one was supposed to be cook just medium, it also was barely cooked to medium, and that was very salty as well, thicker cut steak. A ribeye fillet, Third steak a T bone , was supposed to be medium, this steak was fully cooked and over salted, disappointed on all three, two had sides of asparagus, which both were very uncooked and crunchy, one dinner was the brussel sprouts, All I can say was. Seriously gross not only were they not cooked ,very hard on the inside but chard on outside, They were completely Spoiled, Read it Spoiled they smelled and tasted like fish mold, I make brussel sprouts at home no way in hell would I not recognize, spoiled from fresh, the whole restaurant smelled like rotten brussel sprouts, gagging me as we left ! Table after table I saw no one eating them ! Do they have a problem cooking vegetables in this restaurant, for sure.

Did I think I was going to have a disgusting dinner if course not But all three us us absolutely did ! Even the bread was undercooked raw in the middle! I haven't had a really disgusting dinner in wny since 2021 this is definitely not worth your time, Did they have a vegetarian option on the menu no, do they have enough boots for families with children, no I cared not to explore anything else as in the restroom nor the rest of the restaurant,my stomach hurt on...

Ive never had a complaint until today unfortunately. We were there for my Mothers Birthday , which she has never been! We always talked about it how it was so good etc. Fast forward everyone ordered my mom ordered a double cheese burger with just cheese for my father . They came back with only one patty so we told our waiter and he said sorry hell be back with the other patty. He seemed pretty mad about it by his tone and how he stormed off about it. We weren’t rude or anything so im not sure if he was just having a bad day or what….. but We waited and waited. Everyone was just about done by time he had gotten his extra patty . Fries were a little salty and now the burger is kind of cold. Toward the end we got our bills. They charged us for a extra burger. We brought it to our waiters attention and he said “yea we dont do double burgers thats why we charged you for an extra burger”. We told him if we’d known we wouldnt have gotten a second patty. Which he agreed & but then proceeded to get really nasty. So we just asked for the manager manger came out and told us that her employee expressed to us in the beginning that we were going to get charged for another burger if we wanted a double. Which isnt true at all ! We called him by and he then told us thats what he said…. We told him we asked for a double and and you just wrote it down. He then said yeah i told you guys when i got back with the second patty…. Which also isnt true…. If it was we would of just had gotten a full burger if we were getting charged for a full burger and only getting a patty or not have gotten it at all…..that dont make sense because it was never stated So now your once again lying. He shrugged his shoulders, Stormed off & said “ sorry that you wasn’t listening” while the manger just stood there…. NEVER had a experience like this never!! Me and my boyfriend come here all the time…. This was a birthday dinner for my mother who has never been and my father also never been. We talked to highly and had horrible customer service!!
