It's the attitude from the staff that makes you not want to go back. A female employee said my last name incorrectly when she was corrected she responds with "Well how am I supposed to know that?" If she was unsure of something she should asked. Furthermore, It's not my fault that she can't pronounce. Just like it's not my fault that she put in this job application and accepted the job. It's also not my fault that her employer chooses to use last names to call out orders which can be more difficult than just using first names! This is the first time that I have ever used this restaurant. I will not be returning to this location either. The technology to order was pretty cool and easy to use. If you don't want to use the self service there's a cashier. The food was good but small. I ordered the Mexican Corn soup and a half BBQ chicken sandwich. I received a bag of Kettle Cooked chips for free. The iced coffee I had a very very small but satisfying. It was made with Madagascar vanilla almond milk but it was very dark and way too much ice for the cup. The atmosphere is ok. In addition, in my personal opinion the company is very trusting with their cups for beverages loads of self-service stations. I felt like anyone could walk in and just helped themselves without paying, personally. (They might have something in place that I am unaware of) There's a drive-thru and app pick up service. Read moreEmployees were more concerned with chatting than doing their jobs. They seemed super annoyed when we walked in, even though it was a hour to close. Took 10+ minutes in a dead restaurant to get a soup, mac and cheese and a sandwich. Never had slower fulfillment time at any location. When I went to pick up my food my drink wasn’t there, and when I inquired was told there was no drink. After the lady read the receipt she told another employee to go get it and acted very annoyed that I interrupted her conversation so that I could get what I paid for.
When I did get my food… yikes. The sandwich wasn’t bad except for the black hair in it (im blonde). The worst part was the mac and cheese, and I get that it’s not freshly prepared to order, but it was cold. Some spots throughout were lukewarm at best. Saw 3 quiches behind the glass and asked for one of those only to be told those are breakfast items. I asked if they would sell them anyway, they said they can't, and threw them away on the spot. So I settled for a bowl of soup and espresso. I waited at a table for about 10 minutes but the pager never went off. I walked over to the pickup area and saw a bowl of soup and what looked like a coffee sitting up there but wasn't sure it was mine. A gal behind the counter asked another what that was and she shrugged "I don't know" and the matter was dropped.
