Jenn's Cookie Creations — Attraction in Town of Chili

I live out of state and was planning a baby shower for my niece's in Rochester. I sent a request with the theme (rubber ducky), the colors and amount needed. I received an email the following morning confirming my request could be completed, along with an invoice and link to pay. This was a flawless process. When picking them up, I was amazed at the detail on each cookie! They were adorable, delicious, and just what I had requested (but better than I ever imagined). Guests made many compliments. The cookies added to the overall decorations and were perfect! The price was right as well. I would highly recommend this business, and if I ever have a future need for an event in Rochester, I will definitely be utilizing Jenns Cookie Creations! First off, I ordered two weeks ago, paid about $50 for custom sugar cookies, may I add, I got the 12 pack, and the deluxe pack. I got 4 standard cookies, none were deluxe or even close to heavily detailed as the ones on the website. I said it was for a graduation, which already implies the theme very well, not $50 worth at all. They were just standard white cookies with the school logo, come on.

Other than this I had spent that morning trying to contact them, called about 5 times at 11, which is an hour after they open. After I finally got a hold of them whoever answered was super not welcoming. When I walked in the store everyone looked at me like I had two heads, and only one young lady was welcoming.

I have taken many cookie decorating classes at Jenn’s as well as purchased many different kinds of cookies! The variety of cookies is extensive and they’re always freshly baked and delicious!
